Tonight I placed an order for 3 pizzas on my app. After an hour had passed there was no progress on the pizzas. I called the store and the guy that answered could not find my order via name or order number after chatting back and forth he said let me get my manager. I was placed on hold for a few minutes and then the young man came back on the phone at the same time my order updated to in the oven. Apparently they were finally able to find the order and he apologized. I inquired on how long it would old be until it arrived and he stated about 40 minutes I asked what if I just come pick it up. He said then like 10min. I live less than ten minutes away so I left right away to go get the pizzas. I never did get to speak to the manager. Upon arrival I let them know I was there to pick up the pizza and again gave my name. They again couldn’t find my order anywhere. While standing there I received a notification stating that my pizza was out for deliver. All the employees were confused and visibly upset. I asked who the manager was and the young man pointed to the lady who was the M.O.D. She stated we have been busy which I understand. She choose to still not come up to speak with me at all. No apology or anything. The fact that not only was there no apology the manager couldn’t even hold herself or her store she’s managing accountable the situation . It’s unfortunate to see. Now I am aware not returning for business will not make a difference to them. But having come from the industry background seeing the demise on how managers like this don’t handle a situation or hold themselves or team accountable is very disheartening. Read moreI went in on my daughters birthday February 28 walk-in side 10 mins before closing and was turn away due to they cut they’re ovens off to start cleaning and didn’t wanna cut back on due to it was only 2 employees and the supervisor of the shift could’ve care less and gave me a stinky remark for not making my order, as a business owner I know times are complicated due to short staff which brings on a lot of frustration but in this case very unprofessional, so I tried Delivery tonight March 18,2022 at 8:30 to order a medium pizza after a long work day as usual I’m very respectful and calm when it comes to my food due to I want my family to have a great meal once again they have these immature young people working there I ask for a simple 3 toppings medium pizza BBQ-Chicken- Pepperoni- Olives and the remark I get quote “ Oh I CANT Give You Any Pizza That Allows 2 Different Sauce As In BBQ sauce for the chicken & Marinara I ask why not and he decided to spell out the word CANT as if I’m slow 🙃 lord knows I wanted to drive up there but I decided not never again will myself or family members spend another dollar at this location as well I look forward to getting in contact with the owner to handle this situation of poor customer service.

Read moreWorst experience ever! It started with waiting at the counter to pick up my order to go. I watched the staff as they were busy but no greeting. Finally I mentioned to one of the staff boxing the Pizzas that two pizzas were at the end of the oven and they were off the rack by about two inches. I stated that they might fall so he pushed the back in. Finally someone else came up and asked if I needed help. I gave him my name and he searched for my order which was the two that were pushed back in. Another employee removed them and cut them. I asked are they my pizzas since they didn't look like what I ordered. The NY style looks like a hand tossed pizza and then hand tossed was supposed to have garlic crust. And this is where things progressed for the worse. I asked why the NY style looked like a hand tossed pizza and if they could make another correctly. They said it was a NY style and after a back and forth that I didn't agree with them they said I could wait 20 minutes for another to be made. I said that's ok I will take a refund and the employee said I would have to pay more for the single pizza as I bought them on the 2 or more Pizza special for $6.99.
