Me and my family were excited about visiting . Everyone that we came in contact with was telling us how good the wings were so we decided to go . Upon arrival we were seated immediately (which was great ). Our server Alex (it may be Alexander ) I can’t remember because I lost my receipt but he was a bald guy with facial hair , approached our table and asked if we wanted drinks . We all placed our drink orders which me and my friend ordered waters with lemon . He brought the drinks back out with no lemon and told us that he was going back to get the lemons . 10 Minutes passed by and he still hadn’t brought our lemons so my friend decided to get up and go get them for us . He came back to see if we were ready to order about 20 minutes later . After placing our orders , he didn’t bring our food when it was done , other workers brought the food out . I had a salad with no ranch dressing (which I ordered one extra other than the one that comes with it ) . He finally came after our food was placed on the table and asked if we were okay . He checked on us one other time and asked my friend did he need a Togo plate . (Didn’t ask no one else at the table ) We had ask for refills on our drinks at that moment . He wasn’t attentive at all ! Not to mention , the gratuity was included because it was 6 people that were seated . He didn’t deserve what we HAD to pay . The food was GREAT, the service was TERRIBLE! If we ever visit Kissimmee again and decide to eat there , we won’t be dining in . We will order Togo . I also paid attention to the other waiters and they were excellent and very attentive of...

It started out as a simple night to get dessert and a beer for myself with my girlfriend but it turned into a game of cat and mouse with waiting For our waiter and hoping to catch her as she walked by to the other tables. Our waiter age 40 to 50 years old and Latina. Keep in mind it was hard to communicate with her because of her heavy accent and a bad attitude. I asked for a beer on draft she came back with the bottle and assertively said you said bottle and I reminded her I asked for a beer on draft she came back with a cold glass. We finished the desert and she never once came over to ask about how the food was. She came back we asked for the bill she said OK and asked me if I wanted another beer I said no. She came back 10 minutes later with no bill and just asked again if I wanted another beer. We waited another 5 minutes for the bill we gave the exact amount listed, because she did not deserve a tip in our eyes. When she came back to collect the bill she blocked in my girlfriend better than the eagles offensive line as she counted the money that we put into the check book and recounted as if something was missing (aka her tip). Got busy when we arrived so it took a little bit to get our check but ultimately it was a nice first meal for our weekend venture.

I got the asian wings after asking the waitress (Maria; she was very sweet) to choose between the totchos or LuLu wings. She opted for the wings and made a interesting and appreciated choice of having everything separated. The sauce, the peppers and even the sesame seeds. It gave me the opportunity to try the wings themselves, crispy not huge flavor alone but solid and big, and dip as needed. The sauce is sweet with a little heat, nice pickled peppers and sesame was there for added crunch.

My daughter got kids tenders (comes with 2 decent sized tenders and fries) and enjoyed them saying they were crispy and juicy. Came out piping hot

My wife got the star of the show I think, the asian salad with added grilled chicken. The grilled chicken wasnt anything special but the salad and dressing on it were quite tasty. Light, little creamy and nice contrast to my mostly fried meals today haha.
