Hershey’s Ice Cream at Westgate — Restaurant in Four Corners

This place had a great looking menu. We are staying at the Westgate resort. My two sons, husband and I walked in at 9:45pm. There were about 12 people in line and we walked up to get in line and the girl went and moved the line. Blocking us. Rudely. Then just stood there. I said "excuse me, where do we stand in line?" She then said "ugh we close at 10! We're closed!" Then turned around. Yes, I get we got there almost 15 minutes until closing time. We just came from dinner. But there was also a line of people, we were standing there with our 4 year old and 6 year old trying to pick what they wanted when the worker blocked us. Today August 16, 2023 around 6 to 7pm my 3 yr old ordered a new ice cream that I thought she should taste beforehand since she had never ordered it. There was no type of empathy by the employee Cesar who indicated an absolute NO to a 3 yr old. Seriously?? I understand there can be protocols but I found it so rude and non empathetic to not let my child taste the ice cream beforehand. He said it was owners orders when I asked. Ice cream was good, service was good. Pricing was ridiculous! One scoop with a waffle cone is more expensive than one scoop in a cup, which was understandable. The problem is, when the kids decided to have their ice cream in cups (to save money) we didn’t realize that a second scoop (in the same cup) was going to be more expensive than 2 scoops in a waffle cone.
