Los Amigos Mexican Grill & Tequila Bar — Restaurant in Four Corners

The absolute worst dining experience I have ever experienced. Server was nice but things quickly tumbled out of control by no fault of her own. Waited about 30 minutes for drinks every time we ordered from the bar. Finally went to the bar to ask for our drinks and found out tickets had not even been started, the bartender had zero sense of urgency ended up having the made by a manager who had a terrible attitude... they were terrible. The SA dropped a tray and spilled drinks over some of my guests, the restaurant had about 3 other tables seated with us at the time and our food took forever. When we did receive our food, all of our tacks and quesidillas were extremely dry. Asked for sauce or sour cream, ANYTHING to make them edible and never received them even after asking 4 times (including a request made to a manager that was sitting by the food window talking most of the night with the other employees) our table was never prebussed. We were celebrating a 40th birthday and the server came out to sing happy birthday without making sure the whole party was at the table to sing (they were in various places as we had been there over 3 hours at that point). A plate of ice cream was plopped in front of us with a mountain of dirty plates, glasses and silverware. They kept seating our poor server who was visibly overwhelmed and again, management was sitting around giving ZERO assistance or direction. After asking for assistance from a manager once again, the manager came out and was extremely rude, argumentative and dismissive, the server was in tears and we were completely embarrassed and angry at the whole situation. A birthday celebration was ruined, we will NEVER return and we will be sure to let everyone we know to never dine there as well. Completely unacceptable service and lack of management. Wow, WTF…. Is all I can say by far the worst dining experience I’ve had not only in Florida but would have to be the worst experience ever service. Terrible waited long to get seated when the restaurant was empty server only came to the table twice take order and drop off food never came back well except to get paid. What is this business? Also automatically ships itself 20% for the servers. Terrible service. And now to the food. Wow I’m speechless. Nothing in the menu is made fresh. Everything is frozen food that’s reheated mac & cheese that we got for. My kids was kraft mac & cheese and they must’ve had it in the cold because we ordered three servings and all three of them were cold, cold like it was in the fridge nachos and cheese, a.k.a. queso terrible the cheese is like water, so is the red sauce and the chips were crushed up we could only eat like half the order because the rest were just Bitchin crumbs of chips and cold dip and sauce and finally the entrée the tacos the tacos were hard shells that they sell in the supermarket premade like the Taco Bell kits that they sell at Publix so shells were terrible barely any meat and the rice looks like I am taste like microwave premade rice was not fresh rice and the beans were kind of beans. I hate to leave a negative review but I just want to provide some honest feedback. I will preface this by saying we were a party of 10 that had originally made 2 separate reservations, and they were immediately willing to accomodate us as one table, which I recognize isn't easy to do or ideal. I'm not sure, but think they may have also had another even larger party in at that time, so maybe that contributed to our experience as well. Service was slow and all over the place. I have been a server and know that large parties are difficult, but it took around 20mins just for our drink orders to be taken. We were seated just before 7pm and even with no apps ordered and a single round of drinks, we didn't receive our food until around 8:15. Honestly, if the food and drinks were amazing it would have made up for the wait and service issues, but it was not. Everything was pretty bland, including all the salsas they offered with the complimentary chips. Between the three salsas they were all lacking flavor and none of them were even a little spicy? I will say the 2 people at our table who ordered the fish entree absolutely raved about it, so that's something positive. I feel bad saying all of this but I just think there's a lot of opportunity for improvement for the success of this restaurant.
