I walked in with my 12 year old daughter to get our pick up order that I accidentally selected drive thru by accident (I don’t like driving thru because I have a large vehicle) the manager persisted to tell me that I was the one that selected drive thru and there is no way for her to change it. Then after I told her that it would not allow be to change the order and it gave me issues for 45 mins to submit it. She then proceeded to tell me that is not her problem. It is her only problem being in the customer service field. I have experienced nothing but issues in the past 2 years I have lived here. I usually avoid this Dunkin’ but some days it is the closest. I will never go back again. Even the way she was treating the employees was rude disrespectful and ignorant. They really should make it easier to contact corporate about these situations.
7/6/19 I have gone back to this dunkin a few times the past couple months since the owner reached out and said he was going to solve their issues. I went into the store this morning and ordered an ice coffee along with a couple donuts and some other things. I was waiting at the pick up counter with another family when THE SAME SPANISH LADY came over to call our numbers. He was waiting politly for me to approach the counter and get my coffees. She preceeded to yell at him to come get his bag and asked why he was just standing there. He tried to explain he was waiting for me to approach the counter first. She continued to yell the orders and read them out. She hands me one coffee that is correct and tells me the other is a latte. I told her it should have been an ice coffee (knowing she made it) and she reads the sticker and says yes its an ice coffee. So i started to walk out the door and told the man to have a nice day. The manager yelled "YOU GOT SOMETHING TO SAY TO ME" as i was walking away. I walked out yhe door and got into my car. I put my straw in my drink and realize that she did make it as a latte. I did not go back in as it had already taken 15 mins inside and i was now late for a doctors appointment. Shocked someone with that disreguard, ignorance, and stupidity is the MANAGER of this place. Its absolutely 💯 amazingly 2000/1000 really good places completely safe go in the afternoon and there's hardly anyone there suggests go through drive thru and go in and doing all of the protection of covid 19 rule and every places that I have been they all were being very safe and doing everything that we are supposed to doing everything that they can do so we can be happy and satisfy and I really appreciate it doing everything that we are supposed to so... we can still live our lives by doing it safely. Read more⭐ 1-Star Review I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ on and off for a few years. It’s never been the best location, but it was never bad enough to leave a negative review — and if you look at my history, I rarely leave 1-star reviews. But after the last two visits, I feel like it’s warranted.
Day 1: We ordered the same three drinks we always get. My daughter asked for a sippy cup lid — didn’t get it. When we asked about it, we were met with attitude. None of our drinks came with straws, and when we asked for long straws (since we had large drinks), we were given short ones without much care.
They also messed up the order in front of us, and while dealing with that, my frozen drink sat melting on the counter. When I finally got it, it was no longer frozen. To make it worse, it had caramel on it (I asked for mocha only). My wife’s coffee had the sugar sitting at the bottom because it wasn’t stirred, and her lid wasn’t secured — it leaked on her.
Day 2: Same issues. Wrong lid again, wrong straws, long wait, and more attitude. This time, they handed me a frozen latte with whipped cream and the drink dripping down the sides of the cup. When I pointed it out, the employee gave me a dirty look and barely wiped it off. It ended up leaking inside my car. I asked for napkins — didn’t get any. Thankfully, I had a few of my own. And again, sugar in the bottom of the coffee, unstirred.
I asked to speak to a manager and had to insist — they weren’t going to get him until I refused to move from the drive-thru window. When he came, he didn’t seem to care either.
After these two back-to-back bad experiences, I can confidently say this will be our last time visiting...
