Hooters — Restaurant in Florida

Worst Hooters I have ever been to !!! Made an online order get there to pick it up at 9 when it was supposed to be ready. I was then made aware that mobile orders were running behind and that it would be about 24min longer. Keep in mind a good 1/3 of the restaurant was empty and im sitting there as they tell people the wait is an hour long. They were so short staffed its ridiculous especially on a saturday night!!! After waiting the 24min I am told they are still backed up and that it would take another 20min and all I had ordered was a lousy 20 chicken wings in the first place. So about 9:50 I finally get my 20 chicken wings. So my wife and I decided to take her family that came to visit the US for the first time. We figured that Hooters would be a great “Welcome to America!”. Well we got seated and 30 minutes passed and no one batted an eye at us. Just left us waiting and even took an order from a group that came after.. We got up and took our business elsewhere..
