VEGAN approved! Seriously, if you're a Vegan, go straight for the salad bar. They have all the necessary salad bar items including some fun options like a salad topper that consists of dried fruit, nuts and seeds. Lots of good veggies including the option to have a base of spinach, romaine or spring mix. The Bell peppers were amazing. Very sweet and crunchy. Very easy to get your GBOMBS and rainbow for the day without improvising Wheelchair friendly, very accessible, including booths to pull up to, and tables with center-mounted legs. Salad bar is also easily accessible via wheelchair. I can't speak for the sandwiches, but my husband got the Reuban and thought that despite being on the smaller side, it was very delicious. My roommate got the taco salad, and again thought it was on the small side, but definitely enjoyed it. I highly recommend Jason's Deli for a nice casual dining experience.

Stopped in for dinner at 715pm. We were traveling. Hand written sign on the door said "closing at 8 tonight." Okay... Went in and looked at menu. Saw what looked like salad bar bins on the counter. Went to look and an employee told me the salad bar was closed. I said we came here for the salad bar, that's a bummer. She told me with great attitude, " we close at 8 tonight. We need time to break down the salad bar." Really? You're already closing early and now you're restricting access to one of your main attractions? We left and are not likely to return. Too bad, because we liked Jason's Deli before they went out of business in our town. Based on how we were treated, this Jason's probably won't last much longer either.

Jason's makes really good deli styled sandwiches. I did the "build your own" half sandwich with regular chips, and my sister did the Ruben with baked chips. Both had ample meat and were really good. They offered two kinds of favor tea along with regular unsweet. There's an ACE salad bar, which didn't look bad. It had all the basics with some bread options, which I will be trying soon. They also do free soft serve ice cream. The only disappointment I had was that the rye bread wasn't a true northern Jewish rye. It was more of a soft white bread rye style. I may try the sourdough on the next sandwich.

I rarely review restaurants but this experience absolutely necessitates one. When we arrived today at lunch, we saw a party of 10 people headed in. Not a single one had a mask on. I went to the door and there was a sign stating "Masks are required for entry." So we went in thinking surely they'd put their masks on once inside. Nope...not one of them. They were ordering from one register so I went to the other and asked the girl working there if masks are required and she said yes and then glanced at the party but did not say anything. I said that if the salad bar is open and they're not requiring masks then that would be an issue but she stated again that masks are required. So I stepped back and waited for them to put masks on. Still, no one did. They then ordered and I watched most of their party go up and serve themselves from the salad bar with no masks. Rubbing their noses or faces in between picking up their tongs and spoons. Absolutely disgusting to start with, nevermind during a pandemic when it literally says that masks are required. I decided against the salad bar then and got a sandwich and bag of chips. Sat down. Watched as most of the 10 people went back up to the side counter where they lay out the prepared food ready to go out to customers and talk to the servers there over the food...still maskless. 1 year later and ya'll still don't know how droplets work?? I was watching for my food to come out and luckily it never landed there while they were chatting over it spewing spittle while conversing.

However, the reason why my food didn't end up there was because it took 40 minutes for my food to even come out. I went to check at 30 minutes and was assured it would be right out. My parents who were with me and ordered separately took 55 minutes for their food to come out. I'm not making up numbers. The receipt said they ordered at 12:49 and the food was dropped at the table at 1:44. Absolutely ridiculous. They ordered a panini, a grilled cheese, and a cup of soup. The soup and sandwiches were cold and we could not believe how long we had to wait for them.

I definitely will not be going back and will be sending a complaint to corporate as well. Not only was the service unbelievable, but this is how superspreader events happen. So reckless and...

This used to be my favorite place to come get a salad bar. I have not been back in about four years. You can definitely tell the ownership has changed hands. Apparently it is now corporate owned so you would think that would be a good thing. Not in this case, I walked in to make a salad bar to go. The nice young man working told me he was going to go get me the container. Then he walked over to the girl that was touching up the salad bar and then went back to the line straightening up and stocking. There was only a three or four customers in the store but I never got my container. The girl came over to answer the phone that was ringing and help out the other woman waiting in line. Then she turned to me and asked what I needed. I told her my container to make my salad bar to go all the while the manager was sitting over in a booth eating, never looking up to the four or five people that had come in since I first arrived. I went to make myself a bar. Nothing really look fresh. It was dirty I know things change a lot, but there was hardly anything on that salad bar that I remembered I went to get muffins like I always do , I’m not sure if they were undercooked, but they were all broken and crumbled and looked very undesirable. Not sure if I will return to this location again. Which is sad because it’s the only one close to me, but it never look like this when the previous owners were in charge it had a very not inviting atmosphere to the place. Nothing like it used to be here or like the location they used to have years ago in Carrollwood or the one they had in Clearwater. Very...

Sadly had to update this again. Out of the last five times here, we have had three very disappointing experiences. The last two times we waited ~ 30 minutes for our food. For an order at the counter and wait for food experience, this is a long time. If I had to guess they prioritize carry out over in dining customers. Additionally, you can tell they are understaffed. The prior time where we waited a long time, two of the staff got into an argument. This is not a well run restaurant. We like the food and the fact they have a salad bar is a huge plus but we will not be back after consistently being disappointed. We did cancel and asked for a refund and they were very apologetic. We went to Panera.

We haven't been to Jason's in probably 15 years but visited today as we were craving a salad bar. It did not disappoint! My son gave it a 4.8 out of 5 which is a huge compliment from a tween. We had the salad bar, a panini, Irish potato soup, brocolli cheddar soup and the pot pie soup. You get two pass throughs for the salad bar and neither of us used the second one! The first was so filling! Finally, you have to love the free soft serve ice cream.

While the food was great, the service was disappointing. Both the cashier and the woman who gives you the salad plates were apathetic and not friendly, or helpful. It wasn't a pleasant experience.

If you all up the service level, you all will be unstoppable.

We...
