1 star because I drove 20 minutes and was expecting better from the apparent 4.1 star rating. But, the food is okay but the prices are out of control. Also, the treatment of customers is not up to par. We were friendly and still felt an awkwardness from the people that works there. He said he's from Connecticut. Also the woman putting on the condiments was rude with my husband. She was snappy and said to my husband "that's what I said". She is definitely not fit to work around others. My husband was wearing a Donald Trump shirt and I could feel that people are so evil. We said thank you guys when exiting the establishment and nobody said anything. Nobody. A whole crew of people and not one of them responded. I regret leaving a tip. Also, the Connecticut Manager was weird. We were the ones representing how people should be treated. You work there not us. Also, your workstation was sloppy and food all over the floor. Read moreHORRIBLE. My first time ever eating jersey mike and after this experience, I’ll never eat it again. I went in and bought 2 subs, steak and turkey ($31.00) . They ask me what I want on my steak and I told them only cheese and onions. I paid, left a tip, and headed home ( 38 min drive to Pembroke Pines). When I arrived home and prepare myself to eat, my steak sub had mushrooms, red peppers included, which I didn’t ask for. When I called the store to complain, they told me to drive 40 min back to the location and they can remake it. No consideration for my TIME, GAS, And Inconvenience. The manager was Very nonchalant .
