Starbucks — Restaurant in Miami Springs

This is probably the worst experience I have ever got at a Starbuck. We told to wait a min, but it turned to a good 10 mins before any of our order can be taken. When reminding them that we’re still here waiting, were told they are having some “technical difficulties”, I couldn’t understand why they didn’t say so in the beginning. When ordering food for breakfast, all the items we wanted to order were out. This location has very limited options in both food and drinks. On top of that, of the 3 orders we placed, they completely forgot our first order drink. They told us to pull to the front and someone will come out to give us the drink. When another girl came out to give us the drink, she was very rude. Just handed it to us without saying anything, and when we inquired if we can have a straw with it. She turned and walked away without replying. So we thought she didn’t hear us in the first place. “EXCUSE ME MISS”. She then yelled back while still walking back to the store without turning her head “I HEARD YOU!”. Wow, it is beyond me why we were treated like that when we didn’t do anything to her and only wanted our food/drinks in peace. This Is The Friendliest and BEST Starbucks in SoFlo! Some of The Baristas are charismatic, friendly and Knowledgeable! They are able to take your order quickly and make it correctly! They are productive, when they are not busy, the employees are either cleaning or stocking the shelves! I have been coming here constantly for over 6 months now and Jenny knows my order of the back and greets me by name when I walk in! It’s close to the Airport and Adjacent Areas! Highly recommended this location! ** Update 90% of the employees are still helpful but there’s always that one employee who has that “ I don’t want to be here look” Nonetheless the rest of the Employees still greet you and help you out! Shout out to Steven He’s the Epitome of the Employees at that Location !! He deserves 5 stars...

It was our last day in Miami about to leave , thought we’d grab a coffee before heading to the airport. My partner just ordered a simple nitro cold brew . We waited a long time and we were going to miss the shuttle to airport so we thought we would politely ask when the order would be ready. We saw 3 other customers who placed orders before us leave with their drinks and we were still waiting for one nitro cold brew. When we asked one of the employees about our order, she was quite rude and took a very sarcastic tone with us and then she reluctantly poured the drink and gave it to us without even a simple apology.
