Here we are at another McDonald's. I went back and forth on this one because they did very well in some aspects but not so well in others.
Let's start with the good. The mobile order was placed in the parking lot and I only waited about 90 seconds inside to get my food. The fries 🍟 were cooked nicely and salted perfectly. The double cheeseburger also had a great taste, was hot and the cheese that made it on the burger was melted nicely.
Now for the bad. Sheriff Dave of the Fry Police 🚨 had to issue a ticket. Not the worst I've seen but again not full. I probably could have fit them in a small bag and that would have been properly filled. The double cheeseburger looked like it was put together by throwing the cheese. Really, how hard is it to place slices of cheese correctly on a burger?
Overall just fair, I'll give them another try in a few weeks.

🚨🚨 Sheriff Dave issues another citation and removed a few stars. The large fries was half full (see pic). I'm going to keep calling it out until corporate starts doing quality checks. Obviously they don't care.
The drive thru is now useless. Every car was being asked to park. If we wanted to do curbside pickup, we would have chosen that option. Instead you wait to give your code to the speaker in drive thru and then just asked to park. If you can't operate efficiently for a drive thru, then close it down. I ordered a double cheeseburger and fries, waited 7 min after being asked to pull forward and park. Every car behind me was asked to do the same, by the time I finally got my food (and just half the fries at that), all but one curbside spot plus the drive thru spots were all full. If someone has a huge order and it will clog up the drive thru then fine, park them. But asking everyone because your system is not efficient?
On the plus side, the lady who brought out the food was very nice...
Read moreNIGHT SHIFT IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! HAVE KIDS WORKING WHO CLEARLY CATCHES AN ATTITUDE BECAUSE I SAID “HELLO” at the speaker. Some young skinny girl at the drive through on 6/11 around 9pm decided to ignore me at the speaker so I had to back up and go to the next speaker to still wait a very long time. Catches an attitude when I asked about a promotion that was on screen that said “if we do not ask about the McDonald’s rewards and say your name then there will be a free cookie” so I asked for a moment to review the menu since they were out of cookies and ice cream and pies etc. So she goes ahead and takes the next car which is fine but when I was ready to order and there wasn’t another car she still ignored me and when the next car came she went ahead and took there order so I decided to drive to the window to place the order and I told her i shouldnt have to wait 15 minutes to place an order and she closed the window faster then she could take my order and locked it to run to the back and then said she’s not taking my order because I was being rude. I tried to explain the situation and they kept laughing refusing to take the order so I requested a manager as I never disrespected anybody all I said was the obvious that a customer shouldn’t have to wait 15 minutes to place an order. The manager was even worse and she couldn’t even come to the window and address the situation. Tells me to come inside but I have a kid in the car that’s sleeping which defeats the whole purpose of a drive thru. Yesterday they didn’t have a problem receiving orders at the window as their headseats weren’t working like this McDonald’s is a joke the downtown was has better service...
Read moreAfter staying away from this McDonald's for some time, I decided to give it another try. This visit reminded me of why exactly I left McDonald's alone in the first place. I ordered 3 cheeseburger meals and nuggets for my family tonight and boy did they disappoint. Of course they had no apple pies, but I went ahead and ordered anyway. I requested no cheese on two of my burgers, of course there was cheese on them anyway. My chicken nuggets were missing completely. My son didn't even get to enjoy any of his food. The burgers were cold and the fries were soggy...and cold. As I waited for the cold food I had the displeasure of listening to the drive-thru worker's phone conversation with an acquaintance about how she should have worked for Chik-fil-a because she didn't think she'd get the same amount of rude customers there. Once I received my bag of completely wasted money, I asked for ketchup and BBQ sauce. I could hear her coming back to the window expressing, on the phone, how rude her customer was and laughing at her physical appearance. I'm not so sure if she was talking about me, but nonetheless, my time was more valuable than arguing back and forth with a disgruntled worker that is working beneath a livable wage. Btw...Chik-fil-a wouldn't have her with this type of attitude. I have yet to receive poor customer service like this from Chik-fil-a. I'm completely done with McDonald's and to any future customers, please check your bags before you pull off. I have never had a time here where they didn't mess...
