The worst McDonald’s ever. On June 4th I placed an order on app. Showed up to pick it up. While I was waiting a young Hispanic gentleman comes in with his order that had something wrong and the older Hispanic lady from behind the counter Walks out from behind the counter kindly places her hand on his shoulder. She was very polite and asked what she could help him. He explained that his food was wrong it was at the time breakfast was ending and going into lunch so there was no more of that particular breakfast. The employee asked him what she could get him she gave him different options of what she could give him. Or she could refund is money whichever he preferred. In the meantime I got my order. I left and once I got home and opened up the bag I realized everything was incorrect the receipt on the bag was correct the items in the bag were wrong. Then they stuck a drink inside the bag With a 2-drink holder so it was uneven so it caused the drink to sit sideways in spill all over. I have all wrong food but I have Soda spilling out of the bag. I turn around and I go back to the restaurant. I walk in the door and I get in line and I realize that the gentleman in front of me in the same Hispanic lady from earlier we just having a personal conversation. The gentleman in front of me turned around and looked at me and goes to step to the side to let me come up to the counter and she relieves her hand at me to kind of brush me off and tells him to keep talking. After they continue the conversation for a few more minutes he stops and he turns around and he sees I’m still standing there with a bag leaking on the floor and he goes to step to the side again and this time she takes a big sigh. Yes response is yes with a sarcastic attitude. Thinking boy this lady was really polite to the gentleman a few minutes ago who had a wrong order why is she being so rude to me. I’ll continue to be polite to her and I explain to her all my food is wrong and also they put a drink in there and a cup holder that was meant for two so it’s uneven and leaking all over and her response is OK and she just stares at me so I placed the bag on the counter in front of her and I kindly say I would like a refund breakfast is obviously done unless I can get something else she said no you can’t get anything else and since you did this on a mobile order I can’t give you a refund. So how do I go about getting my money back her response you have to contact the mobile app I ask her how do I contact the mobile app she says I don’t know. So I leave the restaurant with no food and no money back after Google searches I was able to find a phone number for the mobile app. I contacted the mobile app people they took down the information. They assured me a manager would be calling me. Here it is over three weeks later never received a response still haven’t got my money back so basically they’re thieves all I have is a reference number to reference my case with McDonald’s 18760243. I feel like the way I was treated by the lady behind the counter was extremely rude why was she so polite and kind to the Hispanic gentlemanAnd then so rude to me don’t know if it was because I am wait I don’t deserve the same respect I wasn’t rude to her she had no reason to treat me any different then she treated the customers before me that had...

So, I pulled over, mouth watering and to my surprise the bag contained a regular cheeseburger. Upset, I pulled around, parked and went to the counter. No one was tending the counter. After being ignored for about 15 minutes, I spoke up. Finally I got the attention of an employee. I was able to find my receipt in the top of my purse!
The young man went in the back and deposited a "burger" in the bag. I did get a double cheeseburger. The bread was so old, it began to crumble like a cracker when I pulled back the sandwich wrapper. I have never been more disappointed in McDonald's in all of my life. McDonald's was my very first job when I was in high school, I was 15 years old. I filed a complaint on the app. The manager Ashley called me. She offered me a free meal. A chance for McDonalds to get it rite. So, I expressed to Ashley that I could not possibly make it in on Friday. She told me Saturday would be just fine Once again, my mouth is watering and I'm looking forward to my double cheeseburger done correctly. I parked my vehicle went to the counter and spoke to a woman, let her know I was here to see Ashley. As the woman spoke to Ashley, Ashley was working the drive-thru window, and told her employee she didn't have time for this right now. After waiting for approximately 15 minutes, I grabbed a piece of receipt paper off the counter. Left a note for Ashley. I went on about my Saturday. Approximately 15 minutes after I exited the restaurant, Ashley called me and suggested I return for my free meal. Having already wasted two trips to McDonald's I did not want to go there again.
I have not heard from her since.
Check your food before you drive off. I know this might sound trivial to you, but after my stomach surgery I can only eat a few bites of food at a time robotic sleeve gastrectomy
Thank you for reading my review and I hope it helps you make a better decision while purchasing McDonald's food

Read moreI had major trouble using the Kiosk inside the McDonald's on U.S.41 & Orlando Ave. I absolutely couldn't figure out how to use the Kiosk. Myself and my Kiosk order inside the McDonald's was not working well together and I asked the Manager and the Crew people 8for help and nobody wanted to help me. Not the Workers nor the Management would assist me. I begged them for help as I was in pain and I just wanted help so I could get my food and go home and eat and relax. They still would not help me, even after begging the manager they told me it's up to the customer to place the order. I'm 100% disabled and I just had brain surgery and I just don't understand how to use the Kiosk and I cannot figure out how to place an order I would think that o manager would help me but no they won't even help me, so I had to go get back in my car which is no real easy task for me being disabled. I wrote about 2 mi South down US 41 to Taco Bell placed an order for my wife and I and we had a nice dinner. Somebody should really talk to the management team at this McDonald's and explain to them that the customer sometimes doesn't always understand how to use the kiosk and sometimes they need help being disabled with a brain issue. This is very very sad that a manager will not step from behind the counter and help a customer place their order because they don't completely understand how to use the kiosk and place an order. I tried to place about a $55.oo dinner meal to carry out and eat at home while watching a movie with my wife. That evening was ruined until my wife suggested Taco Bell (nachos bell grande, burrito supreme, nachos fries, avack just, 3 soft taco supremes, strawberry twists, cinnamon twists.....We did end up having an amazing, awesome "South of the Border" Mexican Dinner.... **I wish Google would allow...
