If placing a to go order, you might want to call it in first thing in the morning!!!! It MIGHT be ready for pick-up sometime shortly before they close! This location really needs to do a hell of a lot better! Pick-up time was 6:04pm; Actual pick-up time 7:15pm!!! Absolutely absurd!!! Hire more cooks, and take vacation NEXT year!

Thank you for your response. I am the first driver to accept this delivery, and even though I am not the customer, when I accept a delivery request, I become the customer.
I accepted the order, and waited before arriving to give ample time before the scheduled pick-up time for order to be ready. Once I arrived, I waited until pick-up time to show red haired hostess the order. She sent someone to get it, but then said it would be another 8-10 minutes longer. I waited 15 minutes, then again was told it would be a few more minutes. A dark haired girl said most of the order was still in the oven. After another 10 minutes of waiting, there was STILL another food item still in the oven!
I realize the company makes their money as soon as the customer pays for their order, but me? I make my money once I deliver the order to the customer. Do you see why I am angry? This restaurant cost me time, gas, and money. I HAD to cancel because it became a loss for me. There were numerous drivers available, so I find it hard to believe it was another 45 minutes before anyone else attempted pick-up. This was not the first, second, or even third time I've had to wait an excessive amount of time beyond what's scheduled, but it was definitely my last.
You are correct about dining in, as that seemed to be the only way to get orders served in a timely manner. Third party orders obviously aren't as urgent, and neither are the drivers having to wait way longer than expected. Maybe the company should reconsider their contract working with third party delivery companies, and just stick to dine-in if they can't provide the same world class service as in house dining.
In the future, please don't blame the customer for ordering through delivery companies, or the drivers for not wanting to lose money. It's simply the restaurant being unable to handle to go orders. Once that's addressed, and rectified, maybe more delivery customers can enjoy such a...
Read moreThe food is lackluster and over priced. I went with a large group of people and no one was particularly pleased. Everyone had pizzas that were either underdone and soggy, or burnt and tasted like charcoal. I had the pesto chicken calzone and the outside was burnt but the inside was raw and soggy. The filling itself was bland and tasted like cheap jarred sauce. My girlfriend got a white pizza (she had to ask to get ricotta on it as an extra topping. Who doesn't put ricotta on a white pizza??) and it was underseasoned and the toppings we're sparse. There was maybe three basil leaves on the whole thing and the garlic was nowhere to be found. Their drinks menu was also barebones and the drinks were far too expensive. Their wine (while poured generously) tasted like it came from a box. And they were charging far more than other local places for beer. More importantly, there are no signs or warnings anywhere that they can only split checks three ways. Moreover, they can only split it exactly three ways. There was no putting $30 on one card, $40 on another, and $100 on a third, all you could do was put a third of the total on each cars. So if you go out to eat here, I'd advise you plan to split things AT MOST up to three ways and don't get caught off guard . The only real saving grace was the service. Our waitress was kind and attentive considering she was the only waitstaff there while a large number of workers milled about in the open...
Read moreOne of the worst restaurants in Gainesville, we went here and had a awful experience but decided to give it another chance last night and confirmed that we will never go back, the first time we went our server forgot to put our order in and then after an hour of waiting for our food he finally brings it out and said he told the kitchen to make it “on the fly” both pizzas were barely cooked we wanted to send them back but it was already an hour of waiting so we ate a few pieces and that was it our server did not apologize or seem to care at all. The manager was a nightmare too she was walking by food that was ready and just sitting there. Then when we went back last night our server had zero idea what he was doing. When I asked if they had perioni beer he said “ummm let me check” and he literally did not come back to our table for 20 mins then finally he came back and said they didn’t so I asked what else he had and he had no clue. These servers are not properly trained and there really needs to be a real manager in this place making sure their staff is doing a good job and people are happy. The whole place seems to have a “no care” type of attitude and it really shows in the service and food. I am not one to make a review like this unless it is true. I always give every restaurant the benefit of the doubt but not this one I have given them so many chances. Do not waste...
