The manager Jennifer, was extremely rude. We had an exchange today because I picked up the wrong size. My boyfriend and I picked up the right sizes and brought those shirts up to the front and also had the bag with the clothes from our last purchase with the receipt and the tags and gave our phone number. Proof of the purchase and that it was under our account. When Jennifer was called over by one of the employees to do the exchange she threw down the products that she was putting out on the floor, rolled her eyes and came stomping over, no smile, no how can I help you. We explained that we just needed to exchange the sizes and also that we couldn’t find one of the shirts and she snapped back “it’s sold already”. She then grabs our bag and dumps the old shirts out which causes them and the receipt and tags to go across the desk. She picks up the shirts and yelled at us “are these washed?!?!?” I said “no they were just sitting in the bag and the tags should still be there” she yells again before I can even finish my sentence “no there’s not!” They were in the bag. We have never had a bad experience here...

Only go to this store, if you wish to be followed by the staff who constantly stares at you ( think car salesman who had to make quota at the end of the month, but them never speaking to you, just staring and following your) & snatches things if you set them down for a moment. My husband and I went to this store today. We have been to other Palmetto Moon stores and we do love them. But the one in Gainesville, Fl , seems to have an over barring, heavier set, blonde manager who will seriously follow you around THE ENTIRE STORE! She wasn't even doing anything- just creeping on you every move you make- she's right there staring at you. She made us feel so uncomfortable. I really regret purchasing any items from this store because of how the manager made us feel. The employee worked today, Sunday November 18th around 1pm. Will be the last time we go there, such a shame because I really do love...

A few months ago, I came into the store and had one of the worst experiences of my life. I was greeted by no one! And frantically walked around the store looking for an item, and was not helped by any associates. I asked the one worker doing everything at the register if she was the manager, and she told me that she was not, and pointed at the TWO managers, one of whom she said was named Savannah, standing in the front of the store, literally doing nothing. I haven’t been in in a month, but the last two times I have seen the same ladies still doing no work, and giving an attitude when asked to grab something—horrible...
