Tried this place when it first opened. Placed an order on my phone for pickup. I went inside to pick up my food and it was busy so I expected a little wait. I did notice a to-go bag in the pick up window, not in the pick-up area for phone/online orders. I didn't think much of it. After waiting past the time my food was supposed to be ready, I went up to the bag and noticed it was my food. I checked it, and there was food missing. First I was told that the order was complete and I had to show the employee that she was wrong and there was food missing based on my receipt that was attached to the bag compared to the contents in the bag.
Tried again last night, thinking maybe because it was slower the service would be better. They don't have children's menus printed. The girl at the counter had to read us off every item from the children's menu vs. handing us a menu to review. We ordered our food and then proceeded to sit down at a table. They were out of lids and my husband asked for more (as we had two drinks) and the drink area was in total disarray. The girl had to go in back to get more lids out of stock. The dining area was a mess. Food all over the floor. Garbage was full and so was the bin that held dirty dishes. There was a liquid spill by the garbage that I reported to the workers at the front, and they instead sent the guy with a vacuum to clean it up. I thought maybe he'd come back to clean the spill, but no, he didn't, and we were there for at least 20 minutes. Meanwhile there were about 5 employees just standing around because it was dead inside. They also forgot part of our order that we had to go back and ask for. Read moreI went in to order a beef French dip, which came with a side of French onion soup. The cashier said she couldn’t give me the beef French dip because they were out of the French onion soup. I said that I would happily substitute tomato soup. She told me she could not do that and could not give me a substitution without charging me in full for the tomato soup because it came with the French onion soup.
Bri, the manager, came to the register and I reiterated that I wanted a Beef French dip with a side of tomato soup since no French onion soup was available. She was very rude and had an attitude and insisted that I could not have tomato soup as a substitution - that I would have to pay for it. I went ahead and told her to charge me for the tomato soup and I went to wait for my food.
The four people in line behind me were all served their food before me. I finally got my food and took it to the car only to discover that I had a spicy chicken sandwich instead. I brought it back in and said I ordered the French dip sandwich. She snatched the bag. Went to remake my sandwich. As I was leaving, she said very loudly and with a nasty tone: “Have a nice day!” I got home and opened my food, only to discover that she gave me the same sandwich back! I checked the receipt and she rang me up for a chicken sandwich, knowing full well that I ordered the beef French dip, and was willing to pay for a side of tomato soup.

Read moreI keep trying to give this location the benefit of the doubt as I love Panera as a fast food option, but tonight was the last time. Their customer service is atrocious and they never have anything in stock.
I ordered it via delivery today. It got here missing 1/3 of my order. I called - the girl asked me what I was missing and hung up on me. I called again - the next girl asked me what I was missing - I asked for the manager. The manager got on the phone and I explained the situation and asked her how we fix it. Her response was “well I don’t know what you ordered” - with a bit of an attitude, but ok, not a problem, I told her what was missing. She then proceeds to tell me that they won’t send me a replacement and if I want a refund for the items I didn’t receive, that I had to drive to the store for it. They were unwilling to make their mistake right in any way other than me driving to the store for it. Clearly I ordered delivery for a reason, driving to the store was not something I wanted to do. Not once did they apologize. I asked for a full refund, with the exception of the driver’s tip as this wasn’t his fault.
