I called into place my order. I knew they kept a log of the orders, so i gave the guy my phone number and i asked him to verify the last order. He verified my order and i began to wait. I called him back and asked him to make sure its in small square pcs he informed me that it was already on the way and its normal slices. Ok fine not a big deal! I then asked him if the pizza had chicken and tomatoes on the pizza as well, just like my last order he then said no! He told me sarcastically "so you want me to cancel this order and make you a new one?" I told him yes because what he was sending was not what i ordered. He then changed his tone showing he was irritated and asked me again, "So you want me to call my driver and cancel the delivery?Next time you need to specify everything you want on your pizza bc thats not what you ordered the other day" At this point the Papa Johns employee is combative. I politely asked him his name he said Tanner. I then told Tanner to cancel my complete order i dont want food from someone who wants to argue. I let him know that i intended on contacting corporate. He said plz do! So since he seems to have disregarded the fact that he put in the application to prepare pizza's not me, dont take it out on me if its more than he can handle. Whomever that would like to hear the voice call i do have it recorded. Horrible...
Read moreI never ate from Papa John's before, and never will after today, but many people recommended it to me. I ordered a pizza (can't remember what) a week ago an hour ahead but when I arrived it wasn't even in the oven yet! I thought "Okay, that's fine. It's a busy time anyway" so I cancelled the order and left.
Today however, I ordered FIVE hours ahead and I even received notifications from the app that my pizza is ready (15 minutes before the time I set but that's not a big issue). When I arrived the staff spent 10 minutes looking for my order before telling me it was "lost". I had just finished a long shift at work and it's almost midnight. I was TRULY looking forward to enjoy my Pizza as I hadn't eaten anything in 15 hours only to be told that my dinner just Vanished??!!!!
Needless to say, I will never order from Papa John's ever again. This has be the most disappointment I've felt since season 8 of GoT.
EDIT Okay, I've given it a few more shots and they've done well enough for me to up my review a bit. Still not the best, they should invest in a self-pickup service if I will have to wait a few minutes everytime I am there to pick my already...
Read moreService was horrible at this place. First time to visit and the second my wife and I walked in we felt unwelcomed by the this dark complected guy with a goatee behind the register. Throughout as we ordered he looked and sounded frustrated and annoyed that we were even ordering and never once even acknowledged us once with a hello, welcome or anything as he rolled his eyes or looked off to the side constantly, We even said we needed it to be ready in 30 min and he said it will be done in 15 min and we said we have to go somewhere could you please have it ready in 30 min for pickup then he again showed even more frustration with us. We were so annoyed with this service and all it takes is one impression to either make or break it, well this definitely broke it for us. We will NOT be returning or recommending this location to anyone else! So much for Pappa Johns motto that it’s suppose to stand by. I am Glad the food itself was still great, but the service needs a major overhaul.
