Wingstop — Restaurant in Florida

Placed order online, confirmation stated 21-26 minutes. Arrived at store at about 25min, order was not done, was told they were finishing it up. Other orders were leaving which I understand as I am not aware how those orders were placed and how long they have been waiting. I had been waiting for about 10 min when a couple walked in to place an order, they were told no long than 20 min. 10 min later their order was ready but mine was not. At this point it had been 40 minutes since my order was placed. About 5 minutes later I was able to pick up my order. 45 minutes in total since i placed my order I was able to pick it up. When I returned home, the food was barely warm, fries were cold and soggy. I had order extra done and extra seasoning. I received neither. There was almost no seasoning what so ever on the fries. The wings did not taste like the normal sauce I always get and the chicken sandwich was extremely bland. No season, nothing on the bun either. This is the second time I have had issues with this location. The two people in back spent more time talking and joking with each other than doing their job and tending to the customers. ...

WingstopMy wife and I are regular fans of Wingstop, but our recent visit to thus specific location left us extremely disappointed. We have a preference for our wings to be fried hard, but unfortunately, what we received was far from satisfactory. Instead of the crispy texture we were accustomed to, the wings were mushy and undercooked.To make matters worse, the front desk representative's attitude was less than accommodating when we raised our concerns. They claimed that their stove only allowed for wings to be fried a certain way, despite us having ordered the same way numerous times before without issue. This lack of flexibility and customer service was disheartening.Overall, the quality of the food was subpar and borderline inedible. Despite the convenience of this location, we've opted to drive to the Ocee location instead, where we've consistently had better experiences. When Wingstop first arrived locally, we were excited, but this location has been a huge disappointment.We hope that improvements can be made to ensure that all Wingstop locations maintain the high standards that we have come to expect...

I’m from the Orlando area was coming home from Davenport and stopped by to get some wings I usually don’t write any reviews but the experience I had at this location was actually insane. I’m not sure who the person on register was but as I ordered a 30 piece for my family the girl on register was telling me I shouldn’t even place an order because the cooks don’t wear gloves and told me that when they are busy that they just give us plain wings and the sauce on the side anyways this was not the case I’m not sure if she was just trying to get me not to order or what. But the wings were dry,cold and raw to the point where the drums were dead raw in middle. I called the restaurant around 10:46 and no response maybe it’s because the cashier was to busy flirting with every man she saw regardless this is the worst expierence I’ve ever had in terms of customer service , food quality & sanitation. Not even gonna waste the time asking for a refund and will just file a claim on my bank that’s how bad my expierence was.
