Read moreI have been to this location a number of times with lackluster service but today was the final straw and the last time I will ever choose to go out of my way to go to this restaurant. Every single time I have went thru the drive-thru there has always been an issue such as long wait times, wrong orders, unnecessary charges, and poor treatment to customers. I have a very simple order of a caniac combo substituting the coleslaw for toast and extra cane’s sauce. The employee taking my order not only repeated the wrong order back to me several times and even after I corrected her and she told me I was all good to pull up to the window was the order still wrong. Once I pulled up to the window I gave the manager at the window my card and after about 5 minutes he handed it back saying I was good to go and my food would be at the next window, but when I pulled up to the next window the employee there told me that I hadn’t paid and I was confused because I had just given this manager my card. However, when she called him over he told her that I hadn’t paid and that I needed to pay here and also lied about telling me that I had to pay at this window (which he never said). It doesn’t make sense to me why he would even take my card if I wasn’t supposed to pay there. Eventually when I got my receipt I realized that I was charged for extra toast when I specifically said multiple times to substitute the sides I was still charged for it. As a teenager who works in a drive-thru, there is absolutely no excuse for this behavior and I will no longer be giving this place any more business as this is just one of the many horrible experiences I’ve had at this establishment. Read moreFirst time at Raising Cane's and had a poor drive thru experience. I was told to pull forward, when doing so, there are 3 lanes, the girl near the window yelled to pull up to the stop sign. Well then a few minutes later, another staff member came over , in a very snarky tone and told us we are in the wrong lane, and not in a very polite tone. I explained we were told to go in this lane and she marched off. A few minutes later, a young man, Joseph came to the window and asked if we had paid, which we had , he had asked for our credit cards and I explained I was not comfortable and that again, we had already paid for the food. My friend was upset and had started to go inside to get a Manager when Joseph explained he is the drive thru Manager. Joseph was excellent, once he asked for the story as to what happened. He upgraded both of our meals and apologized profusely, explaining that they have been open a week and staff is still learning. We appreciated his help and swift recovery. The food was nice and hot and fresh and the tenders definitely are super juicy and tender. The 4 star rating is in the hopes that Canes will eventually add other sauce and side options. The lower atmosphere and service scores were due to the 2 females that had the attitude issues. While we understand that the restaurant just opened, there is still a right and wrong way to approach a customer. Joseph was excellent in his approach to solve the issue and I have no doubt that he will monitor the staff and ensure that future issues are handled in a more friendly manner.
