Today Feb 13-2023 Got to witness a woman coworker from the back area come to the front area while the only guy who was up front helping us since we had came in was making sure there was no mustard on our sandwiches yell back telling in a snarky way to a manager & others in the back he is touching their food like she was trying to get him in trouble. When he wasn't touching our food. In fact he said that he didn't want to touch our burgers and open them to see if they had mustard on them, so I checkedthem . I even asked for a manager & told her what I had witnessed and that he had not touched our food. Also even on my receipt the burgers was not to have mustard on them and they did & the food was cold, she said well I'm the manager and I'm the person who did your food, I said well I'm sorry but the burgers and fries was both just warm not like they was freshly cooked. She also responded & acted like she was a part of the problem we had witnessed. Seemed as though he may have been a person that was little challenged. I felt bad for him because he did a great job with us and did everything correctly, but still there was his coworker trying to get him into trouble for something he did not do. Like we had to watch in person a discrimination of him possibly being disabled & on top of it reverse racial, discrimination. I'll never again decide to give my hard earned money to Wendy's due to personally seeing this all take place and the things that was said. It's a No for me from here on out! The guy at the register who was just doing his job I give him 5 ⭐️ the manager who did not resolve any of the complaints we had and the lady who was trying to get someone in trouble instead of tending to her own duties...
Read moreThis location is unsanitary, it clearly does not follow proper health protocol to keep contaminants out of food, and is overall poorly managed. I ordered a few items from here and while eating had to fish someone’s DISGUSTING long blond hair out of food I was already consuming. Absolutely disgusting. With all of the health concerns going on lately you would think they’d be paying closer attention to their cleanliness and ensuring all employees handling food are wearing the required garments. I called corporate for a refund and when I was connected to one of the managers they had the audacity to tell me I had to come back to the store location for a refund. Inconveniencing me more than y’all’s nasty mess up.
I came back to the location today (12/09/2022) @14:52 to receive my refund and the manager on shift was appalling with his customer service. We tried to explain that we were here for a refund approved by one of their other managers to which he responded by repeatedly talking over us asking the same question we were trying to respond to. Eventually he let me get my words in and issued out the refund accordingly. But how someone who wasn’t able to articulate something as simple as, “Hey, I understood you talked to x about a refund, what did you order so I can get that refund started?” is in a managerial position is beyond ridiculous.
For everything I had to deal with for a few damn chicken sandwiches I can say with certainty my family will NEVER eat Wendy’s again. I absolutely do not feel compensated for this awful experience, especially now that it was compounded with...
Read moreOrdered online mobile order and got to the drive thru at 9:55 and waited to be greeted for fifteen mins... was told that to hold on they were in the middle of a shift change. At 10:30 I went into the lobby as the doors were open and was greeted by the manager who said the lobby was closed and they are in the middle of a shift change. I asked how much longer it may be. To which the manager stated they are changing cashier drawers which will take about 15 - 20 min. They also said they had another employee that was there but they didnt know where they were. I told her I thought I saw them in a car out back. However apparently that vehicle belonged to the minor who worked there that clocked out earlier. I left and went back to the drive thru to wait again. I then saw another employee step out of the passenger side of the minors car who went back inside. I left to another Wendys on North Ninth hoping they may honor my order. Sadly they could not but they were very polite and apologized for my inconvenience. I drove back to this Wendys hoping the "shift change" finally went through. At the drive thru they told me it would be one moment, same as before. I asked them if they had finished their shift change and the employee stated they were sorry, they were in the bathroom. They then told me to pull through to which I saw the previously employee who was apparently missing that stepped out of the minors vehicle from earlier. The food was cold and this service was unacceptable. I did not leave with my food until 11:05, a full hour and ten minutes after arriving. This...
