Jason's Deli — Restaurant in Flower Mound

A group order was placed on April 18th, 2019 for 3 orders to be delivered to our work office. Our RECEIPT has listed prices of $12.55, $12.23 and $9.43 (delivery fee allocated already). Delivery took over 45 minutes and our order was incomplete. No tips were given as a result. 30 minutes later part of our remaining order was delivered. Another call was placed to the restaurant to inform them all the requested items were still not delivered and we were informed our entire order would be credited to our accounts. I asked if he could refund us, as we do not intend to order from them again and he said he would fully refund our accounts. 4/23/2019 comes around, and I check my bank account. A $5 tip has been added to my order and no refund is pending. I had my coworkers check their accounts and a $4 tip and a $2 tip were added to the other orders, totaling $11 in tips, when none of us tipped due to incorrect orders. Another call was placed to Jimmy Johns informing them of this situation and we were told that they will refund us all of our money (like they said Friday, but instead we were charged more than we agreed to). I asked for the Franchise owners name and the area manager's name and the General Manager I spoke to on the phone said "I'm not allowed to give that information, it's confidential. They are aware of the situation." He also said that"Our Managers have too much pride to do something like this."

Jason’s Deli is our all Time FAVORITE Deli when we are visiting the Dallas Fort Worth area. The sandwiches are SUPERBLY made from the very BEST INGREDIENTS!!! My Wife likes the “Build your Own” Sandwich choosing Turkey, Cheddar and Whole Grain Bread with all her favored adds like Mayo, fresh Lettuce and the Juiciest Tomatoes! Delightful!!! My hunger is Quelled by the mighty Jason’s Deli Salad Bar. What a Wonderful Salad Bar it is indeed!!! I chose the Freshest Romaine, Cherub Tomatoes, Dairy Milk Cheeses, Croutons, Sesame Seeds and Terrific Thousand Island Dressing. The Salad Bar has specialty Breads including their Prized Bran Mini Rolls. There are also several types of Potato Salad and Pasta. What a Beautiful Luncheon we ALWAYS have at Jason’s Deli!!!

A mi esposa le gusta el sándwich “Build your Own” eligiendo pavo, queso cheddar y pan integral con todos sus ingredientes favoritos como mayonesa, lechuga fresca y los tomates más jugosos. ¡¡¡Encantador!!! Mi hambre es Quelled por el poderoso Jason's Deli Salad Bar. ¡Qué maravillosa barra de ensaladas es de hecho! Elegí la lechuga romana más fresca, los tomates querubín, los quesos lácteos con leche, los crutones, las semillas de sésamo y el aderezo fabuloso de las mil islas. Jason's Deli est notre épicerie préférée de tous les temps lorsque nous visitons la région de Dallas Fort Worth. Les sandwichs sont SUPERBEMENT fabriqués à partir des MEILLEURS INGRÉDIENTS !!! Ma femme aime le sandwich "Construisez votre propre" en choisissant la dinde, le cheddar et le pain de grains entiers avec tous ses ajouts préférés comme la mayonnaise, la laitue fraîche et les tomates les plus juteuses ! Délicieux!!! Ma faim est nourrie par le puissant Jason's Deli Salad Bar. Quel merveilleux bar à salade c'est en effet !!! J'ai choisi la romaine la plus fraîche, les tomates chérubins, les fromages au lait, les croûtons, les graines de sésame et la formidable vinaigrette Mille-Îles. Le bar à salades propose des pains de spécialité, y compris leurs mini-rouleaux de son primés. Il existe également plusieurs types de salade de pommes de terre et de pâtes. Quel beau déjeuner nous avons TOUJOURS chez Jason's Deli !!!

Meine Frau mag das Sandwich „Build your Own“ mit Truthahn, Cheddar und Vollkornbrot mit all ihren Lieblingszutaten wie Mayo, frischem Salat und den saftigsten Tomaten! Herrlich!!! Mein Hunger wird von der mächtigen Jason's Deli Salad Bar gestillt. Was für eine wundervolle Salatbar es in der Tat ist! ! ! Ich habe mich für die frischesten Romaine, Cherub-Tomaten, Milchkäse, Croutons, Sesam und Terrific Thousand Island Dressing entschieden. Die Salatbar bietet Brotspezialitäten, darunter die preisgekrönten Kleie-Mini-Rollen. Es gibt auch verschiedene Arten von Kartoffelsalat und Pasta. Was für ein wunderschönes Mittagessen haben wir IMMER bei Jason's Deli !!!

They messed up my order a few months ago and after speaking with the manager he did refund the order and asked to give them another chance in the future. I had no interest in returning, but figured I’ll give it another shot. I ordered a tuna on whole wheat with lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, and extra slices of American cheese- for which I was charged extra. When I got home, there was no lettuce or tomatoes and it only had regular cheese, no extra cheese as requested. I’m not sure how they keep making basic mistakes- if you are getting to-go orders, please check it before you leave the location.

UPDATE I am pleasantly satisfied with the response by their manager, Gabe, that took the issue under his own investigation and made corrections. I appreciate the generous dinner on his dime, but more importantly, it shows me he cared to review the issue with his team and take accountability of same errors not occurring in the future. I will be visiting back, and hopeful food & service will be handled as Gabe mentions of Jason's Deli...
