If I could give this establishment negative stars I would. In regards to improvements, a great place to start would be to avoid pumping your septic tank while paying customers are ordering food. I have photographic evidence of this taking place and I will be calling corporate. The overwhelming stench of human feces, for those who do not know what that means its poop, could only be likened to a full porter john in Mississippi august. I would like to think the franchise owner cares enough about food safety to reprimand the empolyee who permited this action while customers were present. I know the workers are probably high schoolers, but their behavior is more what you would expect from middle school kids. Sitting on the food prep area, ignoring customers. They were too busy chatting with each other to bother with helping customers. Finally the cake person had to say something get them to work. Then a gentleman came in and they had to use the food prep area they were sitting on to fix his sundae. They didn't even bother wiping the area down after they were sitting on top of the counters. I went here at 8pm on a Saturday night. There was one girl working by herself with a line of 10+ people. She kept her cool and was super sweet to everyone. Some of the reviews on here are bad, but it’s because most people don’t appreciate anything. While I was in line multiple people were giving the young girl smart remarks because they were out of the flavor they wanted. As someone who has worked in fast food front line type jobs, working by yourself is no joke. A lot of people need a reality check and should show some type of sympathy towards the young lady working here by herself.
