Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in Flowood

Ordered a birthday cake with all the extra decorations for a work party. Our office runner went to pick it up on correct date and time and they argued we did not have an order. Thankfully my guy had the receipt showing the date and time and proving we DID have an order- then instead of giving us what we ordered they gave us an UNDECORATED chocolate cake. He told them that was not what we ordered and they insisted it was- like we wouldn’t know?! We ordered strawberry!!! No apologies or offer to make it right, or refund of the cos of decorations. When the cake arrived at the office I had to call and talk to a manager, who was absolutely rude and asked me to prove that was not what I ordered- like I was lying. Only after I was able to email a copy of my order confirmation with all the correct information to her would she concede to give me a full refund-Still with her attitude and no apology. On May 7, 2025, I went inside the store to purchase a gift for Teacher Appreciation Week. I asked the lady at the cash register if I could have one of the gift bags so I could put the cake in. And she replied No, we cannot give those bags out. They are only used for DoorDash. I stated to the lady well the other cashier lady just gave a white lady six bags for the same reason that I wanted the bag for. All I wanted was one bag. I felt very discriminated against at that time, my money was Green just like her money was green. Seems like you all pick and choose who you are going to give the bags to, and most definitely not to the color people. And if you were only gonna use them bag for DoorDash, then they should not be giving them out at all. I would never do business there again. Very racist, don’t do for one what you can’t do for the rest. This was the worst experience ever… i placed an order on 5/4/2022 for an assorted order of cupcakes to be picked up on 5/5/2022. I needed to change something about my order so I began calling at 9am when they answered and nobody answered I called every hour until I made it to the Flowood location to pickup my order… I asked for the manager and the lady I spoke with said real rude like “ I can help you” all whole rolling her neck and eyes… I advised to her that I had been calling all day to change my order she said well she had been busy all day… nowAy you’re that busy at 9am ..: nobody is in store eating cake at 9am… I advised her that inwanted to change something about my order but due to them not answering I had to come all the way here to get it changed she said well it’s too late to make changes now.
