Whoever was working at 6:30 on Thursday July 30th needs to be fired. This was my first time going to firehouse subs. My husband and I decided to go get a bite to eat and he suggested a new place for us, we agreed on firehouse subs. We walked in and did not receive any form of greeting. I asked if we could use the high chair for our 1 year old and the man behind the counter ROLLED HIS EYES AT ME and said ādonāt you see the tape on the high chairs?ā. The only employees had no form of polite customer services. I will be going to a different location from now on. Iām ashamed the management would ever hire the people who served me and my husband. If they say they are out of brisket today they are lying. Call them out on it please. We overheard them saying they didn't want to cut it and we got brisket with our order.
Check your sandwich too. Ordered a tuna sandwich and they gave us less than a scoop of tuna. Oh, and forget about side pickles. Guess those are hard too.
