I am writing to share my disappointment regarding the way my husband and I were treated during our recent visit. We came in to celebrate my new job and expected to enjoy a relaxing evening. Unfortunately, after only about 20 minutes and being served just one drink (with another untouched), we were told we could no longer be served alcohol and were asked to leave. What was most upsetting was that we were not intoxicated. I was simply laughing, playing chess on my phone, and talking to my husband. We had just come from dinner, and neither of us had even finished a single drink. As a regular customer who has earned over 20,000 points through your games, I have always enjoyed coming to your location, but this experience left me feeling disrespected and unfairly judged. The bartender seemed more focused on closing his section and cleaning than on serving customers — even though it was not yet 10 p.m. and the bar was nearly empty. Security staff standing nearby didn’t find anything wrong with our behavior, which makes the decision to refuse us service and ask us to leave feel unreasonable. This kind of treatment reflects poorly on the location, especially when compared to the Roseville location, where staff are welcoming and professional. As someone who also works in customer service, I understand the challenges of long shifts — but taking it out on customers is never acceptable. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address it with your staff so other customers do not have the same experience.

Vibe: Dave & Buster’s is the ultimate grown-up arcade-meets-sports-bar-meets-family-night-out. Whether you’re pulling up for a casual date night, a birthday with the crew, or letting your inner child go wild after work—there’s something for everyone.

Games: The arcade section is packed with everything from classics like Skee-Ball and racing games to huge modern attractions like VR pods and multi-player shooters. Swipe cards make it easy to load credits, but you’ll burn through them fast—budget accordingly!

Food & Drinks: Surprisingly solid for a game bar. Think upgraded bar food: burgers, wings, pretzel dogs, and giant shareable appetizers. They’ve got fun cocktails and seasonal drinks too. Prices aren’t cheap, but portion sizes are usually worth it.

Atmosphere: Loud, colorful, and high-energy. It can be overwhelming if you’re not into bright lights and background noise, but it’s perfect if you want to play, laugh, and let loose. TVs everywhere if you want to catch a game, too.

Service: It varies. Sometimes it’s fast and friendly, sometimes it feels like the staff is juggling 10 things at once. If it’s packed (especially on weekends), expect a bit of a wait for food or game reloads.

Overall: Dave & Buster’s is a fun, nostalgic experience with a modern twist. Come for the games, stay for the vibe—and don’t forget to cash in your tickets...

I tried submitting a comment/suggestion on your website but couldn’t put more than 500 characters. We went in for my son’s birthday & were walked over to our table- Which was a bar height table - we came in with 2 kids.10yr old and 2yr old. A bar height table was not ideal because your high chairs would not reach. Before we sit down at the table, our waiter is asking what we want to drink. We never had a chance to look at a drink menu. We order 2 appetizers & 4 meals.The first appetizer of fries comes out cold. Then our food comes out. The lady who brought out the food said our second appetizer will come out in a bit. Finally shows up after we are 1/4 way through our meal.Our original waiter never came back to check in so my husband had to go up to the bar for additional drinks. After done eating, the original waiter came back for the first time, only to ask if he can take my plate. He came back a second time & we just ask for the check. He hands us the handheld device to pay and the system asks what type of receipt we want. I requested a printed receipt. We never got a receipt.
