We are so excited OZ is finally open! Oz is my absolute favorite restaurant and the fact we now have one 10 minutes down the road is so exciting. We wanted to come for their opening weekend but the high wait and being later in the evening, we decided to go on a Monday. If you’ve been to Korean bbq, you know there is usually a wait. Luckily you can join the waitlist online and it makes it so much easier to plan. Nathan was our server this evening and he was an absolute delight. He was so kind and welcoming, very attentive! We never had to ask for refills or track him down. The location is beautiful and bright. As the Sun was setting the lights dimmed slightly which was a very nice touch! If you have never had Korean bbq, this is hands down the place to try! Highly recommend the royal galbi, spicy chadol, Cajun shrimp, and lots of Oz sauce!
