SCAM ALERT WHEN PAYING THE BILL
An issue regarding a billing error that occurred during my husband’s visit to this restaurant last Tuesday, when he dined with his parents.
After they had paid, signed the receipt, and confirmed that the transaction had gone through (including receiving the SMS notification and seeing the charge posted in our American Express app), the manager approached my husband claiming there had been a mistake. He explained that the waiter, named Dani, had made an error and that the original transaction had been canceled. My husband was then asked to swipe his card again for the same amount — $128.78 — which he did at 5:17 PM. Firts one was at 3:41 PM.
The manager assured him that the first transaction would be canceled within three business days and that only the second charge would remain.
Unfortunately, this has not been the case. At this moment, not only is the $128.78 charge showing on our card, but the original charge was not canceled and is actually showing up as double the amount ($257.56). We are now being charged three times the correct price, which is an absurd.
I have attempted to contact the restaurant and the hotel multiple times, but have not been able to reach anyone. This is revolting, especially since the manager had guaranteed my husband that we could reach out for assistance if any problems arose.
The Hotel Manager only says the restaurant is a third party and she only transfers the call to a number that noone never answered.

Not only is the food quality extremely bad, it is also crazy overpriced (spend $80 on a simple lunch for 2 ppl....) and the service is the worst service I've ever seen at a restaurant. The 2 servers that we spoke to were plain rude and looked annoyed by my food allergy request. Despite insisting multiple times that I have a severe dairy allergy, they brought me a plate with BLUE CHEESE SAUCE on it! If I hadn't been careful and ate the salad right away, it could've been dangerous... The rest of the food was frozen and canned food.
