Bad experience, really bad, so bad that I have never posted a negative review of anything before. My wife and I tried to return a dress. Here is a photo of their return policy, I guess they think they are clever. There are two signs on the wall behind the sales counter, one is in big red letters stating "No Refunds or Exchanges on Swimwear" . (See how easy it is to read, and compare the two signs in the photo) So you think you understand the return policy, but no, that is not the case. There is another next to it, much smaller letters, difficult to read, starts out referring to coupons, etc. Somewhere in it is states that there are no returns on anything, only exchanges. Nothing on the receipt. No other reference to returns, in fact, due to the size of the owner, it is quite possible that it might well be the plan is that if he was standing in front of the sign while you are checking out you couldn't possibly see the sign.I told the owner that I didn't think that was a fair disclosure. He asked me can't I see the sign? Can't I read? ,etc, etc. Then he was kind enough to move the sign down on the counter and asked me if I can read English. Have to admit at this point I became a bit irate and expressed my displeasure and did a "self return". I feel bad that we shopped there and brought guests there. We go over to a section of folded sweatshirts, and she comes over and says "these are all double xl" when they're labeled small, medium, etc. We say "we are just looking" and she rolls her eyes and says that they won't fit and to go on. We circle around more, and couldn't fit a sweatshirt that was either or size or didn't have a stain on it. We go back to the folded sweatshirts and find mediums (when she said there weren't any) and take two out comparing the colors and looking to see if there are any stains on them because almost everything in her store had markings on them, and we fold them back and put them in the correct spots. She comes up to us and starts yelling at us saying "you don't need to unfold all of them. They're not going to fit you. Go on." We take our sweatshirts to the checkout and she is continuing to say bad things about us while we are about to spend $100 in her shop. Do not go here unless you're wanting to be harassed by...
Read moreBUYER BEWARE- KNOWINGLY SELLING BROKEN ITEMS! Wow! I am a local and I saw a great dress/hat outfit in window. Inside, they only had one size small and it was ripped/missing button. Staff said they won't send back to mfg, but would sell at a discount and advised me to return between 1-5pm when owner is there. Went in today and was surprised to find they put the dress back out on the rack (hoping someone did not notice it was broken??) Asked for owner, was directed to mgr. This woman tried to tell me it wasnt broken, despite the fastening snap being ripped off with a hole in fabric. I offered to pay a discounted price for it and fix it myself (buy new snap, sew hole- I liked it that much) the mgr yelled at me I can get a 10% discount or leave. So, I left.
