On my first visit to Brew It Café, I was thoroughly impressed by the restaurant’s welcoming environment and high standards of service. The owners and server greeted us warmly, contributing to a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The quality of both the cuisine and service was consistently excellent throughout our visit.
I sampled a café latte that stood out for its exceptional flavor, complemented by freshly squeezed orange juice and the delicious “Salmon Omelette,” featuring salmon, goat cheese, and spinach, served with a half baguette, jam, and butter. Additionally, I purchased croissants to take home, which proved to be as outstanding as their presentation suggested. I look forward to bringing home more of their extensive selection of homemade French pastries on future visits.
Brew It Café operates from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. daily, except Wednesdays, so I’m eager to explore more of their tempting menu items during my next visit. The combination of attentive service, an inviting ambiance, and wide range of menu items including a variety of expertly crafted French pastries distinguishes Brew It Café as an exceptional dining destination for breakfast and lunch.
Overall, the high quality of food and service exceeded expectations. Few establishments demonstrate such genuine care and attentiveness from owners and servers regarding the customer experience. I eagerly await the opportunity to return to this...
Read moreFist off i will be writing this review truthfully and honestly only. I mean, if we’re being honest — and we are — the trueness here is undeniable. We're talking capital-T True. Not the kind you second guess in the mirror at 2am, no. This is stone-in-the-river, sky-don’t-change, timeless kind of true. The type of truth that doesn’t blink when stared at. It's consistent like a drumbeat in the dark, steady like breath before a storm. Every gesture? True. Every pause? Earned. If truth had a face, it'd be nodding right now. It's like standing in a room full of mirrors and seeing only yourself — no distortion, no delay, just real. This isn’t a maybe or a sort-of. It’s the kind of truth that hums under your skin. The kind people lean in for, even when they don’t know why. Loyalty woven in like thread through denim. Unbending, unbreaking, unwavering. If this were a compass, it wouldn’t spin. If this were a heartbeat, it wouldn’t stutter. Like the last candle in the blackout — still lit, still warm, still real. We’re not just talking about honesty. We’re talking about the kind of true that shows up before the question’s even asked. The kind you don’t need to explain, because it explains you. Built different. Held together by something deep, deeper than words, deeper than logic — it just is.
So yeah... that was pretty good. five...
Read moreBrewit Cafe (formerly Nanou) is hands down our favorite breakfast spot in Fort Lauderdale! My wife and I have been coming here for years, and it’s been amazing to see the beautiful upgrade to the interior and the new name — but thankfully the same wonderful owner and incredible food remain.
One thing that really stood out was the owner’s kindness. We had gift cards from when it was Nanou, and even though they technically didn’t work anymore, he graciously honored the balance. That kind of customer care is rare and really appreciated.
As for the food — it’s outstanding. Their bacon, egg, and cheese croissant sandwich is so good that we talk about it for days after eating it (and yes, it’s still just as delicious as ever). On our most recent visit, we tried a spinach and feta pastry along with a strawberry and cream cheese danish, and both were absolutely fantastic.
Between the welcoming atmosphere, fantastic service, and food we can’t stop thinking about, Brewit Cafe is a true gem. If you’re in Fort Lauderdale and love a great breakfast, this is the...
