I don't think I'm going to be able to accurately convey what a complete sh¡t show it was in there tonight, I went in at about 8:30 and there was only four people in front of me in line and yet it still took me 25 minutes to get out of there! and by the time I left there was at least 15 people in line behind me, not including the three that walked out while I was waiting. and after I finally got up to order that's when the guy at the register said no start doing online orders, while there was a dozen people in line that had been there forever! there was one person making the burritos and I believe the manager on duty at the register cashing people out, while four or five other workers were walking around in the back cleaning things at a snail's pace. the worst part of it is with all those people in line the two people at the counter they still had less than zero sense of urgency. so little that the guy making burritos after almost every order would go talk to the guy at the register including passing a cell phone from one to the other while wearing the gloves he continues to touch the tortillas with, I hope I don't have to convey how dirty cell phones are and how disgusting it was that they did this right in front of all of us. it was like they were trying to do everything BUT get the customers out of there! and every thing they needed the guy at the register would walk off and get himself while we all just continued to wait longer. again while five people we're just cleaning. and I'm even leaving some trivial things out that normally would be easy to look past but in the grand scheme of it all needless to say I was not the only one that was frustrated and watching in shock. He kept apologizing but really the slightest bit of delegation would have handled every single problem. not once did he ask any of them to stop for 5 or 10 minutes, get the people out of the line and then continue cleaning. usually I've never had a problem here but I go earlier in the day, I will never ever come in this late again. I would think with as many people that were in there angrily waiting for food you would want more than one guy making the orders! I would definitely give the manager and the employees a refresher course on delegation and the importance of actually helping the people in there waiting to...
Read moreDisclaimer- I’m that person that calls out management to PRAISE staff everywhere I go. Markets, restaurants etc. That being said who trains this store staff? Because you failed. The nasty nasty rude little girl prepping the orders doesn’t have an ounce of courtesy or manners to start. Next issue- it’s 6:45pm the store closes at 11. I asked for a burrito bow, she adds rice and a tiny scoop of whatever carnitas was left at the bottom of the container which was the most soggy pink carnitas I’ve ever seen. When I asked for the fajita veggies (for the fajita bowl) she said we don’t got no more . I replied “I see there aren’t any in the container but is anyone prepping more I’ll wait?” She turned around mumbled something to a prep cook behind her and said “no we don’t have any more”. So at 6:45 Chipotle ran out of veggies? I very very highly doubt that. So I said then since I’m obviously not having a burrito now can you add a little more meat or beans and she replied “it costs extra” so let me get this straight. I chose carnitas because it looks like all the dark brown sludgy meats look like they’re leftover from this morning and you serve the smallest amount of what basically looks like shredded pork fat, and now because you’re not even providing the proper ingredients I should pay extra to supplement? SERIOUSLY!? Lol. Either chipotle needs to train their staff properly or this little girl needs some common sense. I just got off shift at the hospital, was looking for a simple meal, comfort food, and I get lazy and attitude instead.....
Read moreOriginal Review 1 star ~June 2022 === Arguable the worst Chipotle service I have ever experienced and this has been consistently true for awhile and it's a shame. Been to a lot of Chipotle's over the years and all and all they are the same which is great. I don't know what happened with the management running this place, but the mobile order people have ZERO idea about what is going on. There are just basically two lines: one for walk-ins and one for people who ordered ahead. But here is the kicker...the walk-in line is ALWAYS faster. My order was supposed to be ready at 12pm...I left at 12:40pm without my order. It was never made. The mobile order line just became a "whoever is at the front and pesters the people the most gets their...
