Just Natural 100% — Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale

I recently placed an order through TooGoodToGo and, while I wasn't expecting gourmet quality, I was quite disappointed with what I received. My order consisted of a plantain smothered in chocolate, a coconut water, and rubbery jello.

What made the experience even more concerning was the pickup process. The staff insisted that I leave a Google review before they would hand me my “surprise order.” And after I insisted 3 times to let me at least look at what I was reviewing, they wouldn't let me see the contents of the bag until after the review was posted. Do not recommend, never returning. Cold brew coffee was terrible, açaí bowl was watered down. Service took an eternity. Unfriendly, not clean, unorganized and expensive. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I ordered four items, by myself in the store. She places every item in the counter and walks away. When I ask for a bag, she gets mad that I didn’t ask for a bag when taking the order, and complains about it multiple times until giving me a bag.
