In a world where people are always in a hurry, I found a place to come for a coffee where barista Ariel took care to ask how I am today. Now, today j just found out she is no longer working at your store. I saw this coming and I should have spoken up sooner. While I am happy she left such a hostile environment. I am saddened that your company has chosen to keep your unprofessional, no people skills manager. Mr. Zack, I'm not interested that Salena, your manager, is still covering for you. As you told your staff. You lack management skills no wonder Starbucks has such poor reviews. No wonder the workers are unionizing. They need to defend themselves from poor managers like you. Now you put Amali I don't even know, how to spell her name she has no personality. Is angry before you even start to place your order and could care less how I am doing. Give me your payment and move away. Terrible customer service. Barista Ariel, if you read this, I wish you all the best in what you...

They apologized for the inconvenience of not having exactly what I originally wanted to order, but they then suggested alternatives to help me decide on a new drink.
Patience and tact with customers is difficult when you work in a stressful food service environment — I felt that Oliver and the team serving today did an excellent job even with the limitations and restrictions they’re under. Thanks for the excellent latte, and I’ll definitely be...
Read moreLast week, I took a detour to your Starbucks to visit my favorite Barista Ariel. To my surprise, they said she didn't work there anymore. A good employee with excellent client service makes the difference when you approach the counter to place your order. If you assess someone who is unwelcome, it can make a big difference to your business. People purchase based on their experience. Now you have a young woman who takes your order with no customer service experience and I wonder if your company will notice the lack of return business. I did ask if the manager at your store had changed and sad to say it did not. I don't understand how he Zack is still running your store. The change was needed in your management not in your employee leaving. What a shame, you lost a great employee...
