McDonald's — Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale

I would like the management here to know that Roger always has the best attitude, charisma, and good energy that a manager could possibly have. I have been coming here on and off and when I order he is prompt with food service, warm welcomes and a sincere smile. I feel that he also exceeds any expectation that a customer would expect while dining in. He will ask you about your day and have a small conversation with you (if its not too crowded), and makes you feel comfortable while dining while offering best options for the price, menu deals, and great courtesy. Aside from being a manager, he is a very respectful person, and humble. This message is written from having time after time great service and atmosphere. If Roger isn't taking your order, he is working alongside his fellow team preparing your meal with prepping and pushing other orders out. A very hard driven worker should be recognized and for any person coming in to bring their family in for lunch, he will acknowledge you with a smile and be the best he can be. I hope this serves as a basis to find you your adequate dining experience while enjoying what Florida also has to offer....

Ice cold food when you order burgers and it’s at refrigeration temperature and the manager says oh well we’re working on breaking things down and cleaning up for closing at 6:45 PM really??? If you value your health avoid this McDonald’s serious health issues reporting this location to the health department for serving unhealthy food!!!!! The quality of McDonald’s has severely gone down hill. What is wrong with people if you don’t like your job no one is forcing you to work there and go find a job you like no need and putting peoples lives and health in jeopardy because you can’t do your job properly a manager who reacts the way this one did she should be fired as well as all the staff working 11/18/19 6:45pm. If it wasn’t for your customers coming into your store you would not have a job make your customers sick as many bad reviews as this location has it’s not hard to figure out where food...

When I was 7, my parents held a birthday party for me in Brazil. Don't judge me yet, It was a thing back then we would have Ronald McDonald entertaining all the kids and toys, magic, burgers all around. Really cool. The problem is, my birthday is at the end of the year... Only 3 friends showed up and this created a traumatic memory for me. Very, very painful.. or so my friends though. Today, on my 35th anniversary, I had a surprise party here. No Ronald or magics, but good friends.

Now, why I'm telling you all of this: The crew was super friendly, they let my friends prepare a small corner of the restaurant with Ballons, table throws and a small cake. They even gave me a mcflurry along with a smile and a "Happy Birthday"

So, thank you for the extremely friendly restaurant crew and specially the manager who I assume is the one who gave me the ice cream.
