I had the pleasure of dining with Nick at P.F. Chang's recently, and it was an exceptional experience. Nick, the waiter, was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, making excellent recommendations that suited my taste perfectly. As for the food, P.F. Chang's exceeded my expectations. Each dish was expertly prepared, bursting with flavors that delighted my palate. From the iconic lettuce wraps to the mouthwatering Mongolian beef, every bite was a true culinary delight. The ambiance of the restaurant was also noteworthy. The stylish decor and warm atmosphere created a comfortable and inviting setting for an enjoyable evening. The staff's professionalism and friendly demeanor added to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend Nick and P.F. Chang's to anyone seeking a memorable dining experience. Whether you're a fan of Asian cuisine or simply looking to try something new, this restaurant is a definite winner. I can't wait to return and indulge in their delectable offerings once again.

Well...I can say there isn't much consistency in the menu when it comes to flavor and presentation. Visually the food was very appealing and smelled good. However all we could taste was pink Himalayan Salt. No joke my feet and hands started dwelling up not even halfway through our appetizers lol. We ordered shishito peppers and tempura calamari, Mongolian beef and the salt and pepper shrimp and our dinner we chose to enjoy a plain bowl of white rice (which turned out to be the best dish out of them all sadly) IDK if the over use of salt is a regional thing being in South Florida but I would seriously check the cooking process soon as many other reviewers say the same thing - way too much salt! Back to the main dishes - the Mongolian beef - let's just say I could enjoy a bag of warm beef jerky bites more than what I had... Over all staff was friendly, we sat in the bar and had a few signature cocktails the other saving graces of the night. The bartender was on point with the two drinks we had to try and rinse out mouths from all the sodium Don't know if I could recommend this place to anyone which is sad since I work in hospitality too...

Tonight, it's rare for me and my daughter to come here for dinner. When we sat down, a waiter came over and asked us what kind of drinks we wanted. We started ordering our favorite Mengniu beef, green beans, and Gongbao chicken cubes. After a while, the ordered dishes arrived. Mengniu beef was just a few slices of beef. I asked the waiter impatiently and she told me to call the manager. The most unhappy thing was that I thought the manager would solve the problem for us. She told me that I didn't think there was any problem with this dish. Later, because we didn't want to affect our mood tonight, we had to finish this 26 dollar dish for only 6 dollars in a unhappy situation. Dinner with sliced beef. So I will never dine in restaurants with such poor service attitude and no quality again in the future.this picture is from we not touch yet before get it. And we always come to here have dinner .

I had lunch today at the Galleria mall location. Horrible! I ordered an amaretto sour it was not made right. The hot and sour soup was delicious though.That was the only good thing. I got lettuce wraps. The lettuce wraps with iceberg lettuce that couldn’t hold the filling. Then I ordered the regular NOT lunch special of fried rice n sweet n sour chicken. The rice portion was as small as my hand. It was ridiculous. The chicken and rice that you see in the picture. That cost me almost $23! The bartender didn’t ask me if I wanted another drink until I was done with everything. By the way, I was the only one sitting at the bar it was empty. I could hear the bartender talking in the kitchen. I asked for the chicken and rice dinner portion to come to me to the bar so I can at least eat a couple bites then box it up . The bartender told me too late they already boxed it up Not returning!

Quality and attention to detail is gone completely now! I have eaten here on many an occasion and the quality has gradually gotten worse and worse and today the food has hit rock bottom for me! PF Chang used to be about a nice place to go for good and different foods Asian Style, good service and also drinks in a nice atmosphere and themed restaurant … sadly, the quality control is gone : the Mongolian beef was dry and tough (see images), and they forgot to put the meats into the Singapore noodles and lo-mein! The food was overly salty and very disappointing! Added to this they forgot to pack the rice to eat with the beef. At $80 you ought to have some quality control and supervision! I ordered both with meats and you really had to hunt to find the meats. PF Chang, your quality has gone down so much! This was the last straw and I shall not be back! Absolutely terrible!
