Razzleberry's Ice Cream & Coffee Fort Lauderdale — Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale

I was in town for a conference at the B Ocean and my fellow board members and I always do ice cream the last night. We tried out Razzleberry's since we like to choose local places instead of chains when we can and let me tell you...Absolutely Amazing! Kudos to you and your staff. The server was super sweet and very patient with us. We brought in a group of 8, to include 2 pre-teens and she gave us samples of what we wanted to try out. I only sampled 2 (Golden Oreo and Bday Marsh) and immediately picked my choice. I'm usually a vanilla or coffee flavor person but wanted to do something different. Both samples were outstanding! The group got scoop of coconut in a cup, 3 smirf cones, a golden oreo cone and a chocolate cone. I love a small mom/pop homemade ice cream place as they always taste 10Xs better. Razzleberry's was very well worth the price and size of the scoop. Prices were perfect and nowhere near other chain ice cream shops. Absolutely the most delicious chocolate covered Key Lime ice cream bars ever! A HUGE praise and shout out to "Q" the store manager. He not only helped me over the phone from NC in placing my order, but once I arrived he confirmed back to me that they had arrived and ready for pick up. Once I got to FL he helped me with directions and packed up my cooler in order to transport all the ice cream bars to my mother's 80th birthday. "Q" works with such JOY that I left thanking him for brightening my day! In our world today, you can't even find people to work let alone an employee who gives out excellent customer service on a daily basis. Q is a true treasure and Razzleberry's is absolutely blessed to have him as their store manager. My parents have returned to stock up their freezer and Q has given them the same outstanding service. First time came here, 6/5/23 the person working there (not sure he was a owner) was extremely friendly and helpful. He let me try different flavors and omg ice cream is not too sweet like other American ice cream and flavors are just amazing. Price is very fair and I love the portion is not too big but just enough! I got a cup but there is shake different type of corns, mash mellows, cookies. I would love to try it next time

I trued RazzleBerry ( I think he said black berry and other berries) and Cherry Vanilla ice cream both are so creamy and Berry’s flavor was there. There are lots of cool art work in the store.
