SoFresh Fort Lauderdale - Las Olas Area — Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale

We know our food, and this place is in a league of it's own! It's not the dry bowls you get a fast food joints where you are eating the sahara desert of mixed bowls, or heavy food you get at over priced, good, but not equal to the price restaurants around the area. SoFresh sits freshly on an island of it's own deliciousness and balanced approach. I've never had an experience like this at any place claiming to be healthy.

You get plenty of food, where it's the first we had leftovers not because of taste but amount for price. We had the wrap and bowl. The wrap was our favorite by far, with Blackened Salmon and Gulf shrimp with whatever mixins that suit your taste bud's fancy. We had sweet potatoes, red quinoa (that actually had taste :D), cucumbers, spinach, adamame, and a few others. The grilled chicken bowl was good, but make sure you get something to moisten the rice, esp. if you add coliflower rice. The roasted broccoli was warm and roasted perfection, and the Zucchini noodles were perfection, added to the rice balanced out any dryness. SoFresh food was perfection. Utah fans for life. Came in on their grand opening, ordered ahead online. Grand opening everything was 50% off, which was amazing. But I got the app and opened an account which gave me an extra discount which was a great surprise! The place had a great energy, the second I approached the door I was greeted. And there were employees at every turn to help guide you with an amazing energy. There are plenty of bowl places in Lauderdale and I've tried them all. Overall this was the yummiest, I custome made mine. The chicken is the best!!!! So tender and flavorful. I got zucchini noodles which I expewould be raw, no they were hot snd seasoned with skin, amazing! Only think wish the broccoli was more cooked and seasoned but once everything was mixed together it was so delicious!!!! I'm so excited to have them as neighbors, it'll be my new go to lunch spot! Oh and the Ceasar dressing was delish too, can't wait to try...

Food is 5 star quality but CS is a little bit sketchy, I called because protein was missing from order both items in order missing, was told would be refunded was pleased with this , never got refunded the transaction was clear and funds deducted from account. I called back once there was no refund stated I'd like to speak to a manager store was busy and worker seemed like her mouth was full I gave her the phone number repeatedly and I knew she took it wrong, sorted that out she finally got the number correct and still was never called. I called back once again as if I'm looking for a missing person was promised a refund on the protein this time and was told I would get a call when processed. Still no call and putting in review.
