Burger King — Restaurant in Fort Worth

So on my way through this establishment I ordered chicken fries buy one get one for a dollar 1 large drink the kids meal and one chocolate milk and it came to a total of 16.29 the issue is is that I got charged full price for my chicken fries a BOGO charge of 2.49 $5 for my drink and was told that that establishment did not do the dollar any drinks when they have a sign outside on their menu or I should say they're digital sign so I ended up paying $5 more for my purchase which was not correct needless to say they're just was I guess a communication error I would recommend double checking before handing over any form of money or you'll end up paying for extra food or get wrongly charged overall I'll just stick to other Burger Kings around the area until this one no longer overcharges...

Manager is rude and doesn’t want to do her job. They have their volume down to ignore calls (literally never answers them), and claims it doesn’t work… called on the 24th while standing in store, it definitely shows an incoming call. This after having to drive across town for them to cancel an order due to app glitch… still hasn’t been cancelled, might I add. Tonight, ordered online 20 minutes before close, and pull up 9 minutes before close to all lights off and when I pull up to the drive thru, they tell me they’re closed. Hadn’t even started my order hoping I wouldn’t show up in time. What’s the point in ordering ahead to get your order in on time for it to be made ahead, if you still have to wait for the food? Staff should really be aware of how busy they get on weekends. During peak hours between 11:00 a.m. And 2:00 p.m. it seems like they only have one person working and doing everything because the line for drive-thru takes entirely way too long. I've never been to a Burger King that took this long and I ordered ahead of time through the app to not be dealing with this type of situation. I don't think I've ever waited this long at a Whataburger and Whataburger is famous for being slow with their customer service. Do what other fast food places do when an order is not ready, Park the person and then bring the food out when it's ready. It keeps the line moving and you don't have these long...
