ON 09/28/2023 EVENING, MANAGER CHRISTIAN AND EMPLOYEES TRIED TO GIVE ME TAMPERED PIZZA
On a previous occasion, this same manager who stated his name is Christian (Caucasian male, short, wide, with long hair and glasses) had showed his unprofessional-ism by using much profanity and inappropriate work talk while I was waiting on my pizzas. Then when I stood up at the counter when my pizzas were done I was ignored for about 7 minutes straight by not only the employees but also the manager Christian who looked at me at least 3 times. When I was finally helped by an employee I asked to speak to the manager, who happened to be Christian, and informed him of my frustration, especially with him since he looked at me multiple times. He then answered by lying and putting the blame on his employees.
I think at this point, they made a mental note of me and my account as they did not seem to take my constructive criticism well.
Fast forward a few days, I then ordered another 2 pizzas. They looked good; however, one was made incorrectly (wrong toppings). I then called in and spoke to a manager (not sure exactly who it was that I spoke to) and I informed him of the mistake, but assured him it wasn't a huge issue. I just asked for a credit for the correct pizza for a future date. He stated that was fine and even added lava cakes as a credit.

Fast forward a day or two, I called into the Domino's to redeem my free pizza and lava cakes. I actually was answered by the manager Christian, he claimed that there were no credits under my account, but stated he believed I was telling the truth and would apply the credits (Not sure why the credits weren't under my account). A bit later, I then drove up to the pick up window and was greeted by Christian.
When I stated who I was, Christian then left the window open as he went back to grab the food. I heard as he was walking back to retrieve the food, he shouted my name and referred to my order as order 6, multiple times. I noticed when he did so, I then heard the other employees start laughing and uttering my order name as well. I thought this was suspicious.
When I got home and opened the box, I noticed multiple things that looked suspicious. There was a pit in a slice like someone pressed down on it, then there was another piece that broke very easily when I attempted to look under it, like it was already broken. Finally, I noticed under and near the damaged slices there were multiple spots of dried sauce and food pieces, almost like the box had been used before. I have attached the picture so others can see exactly what I was looking at.
I'm not an idiot, this pizza had clearly been destroyed and/or tampered with and I most certainly think this manager and his employees are evil and dumb enough to pull a disgusting act like this in retaliation of our prior encounters. Needless to say I will never order from here again and my daughters did eat the lava cake as it looked fine, but if they get sick soon after I will call the police and file charges against the staff...

But it seems that the past couple of orders they’ve been missing items, don’t make my pizza right, and their customer service has declined drastically. I have a disability with my back and I have my 12 year old open the door when the delivery guy arrives, and I always have her tip no less than $5. But one of the delivery drivers just snatched the tip from her hand and didn’t even say thanks. Then yesterday when I ordered for dinner, the delievery Guy was rude as well. This time I opened the door so he wouldn’t snatch my money like the other guy did, but he did have an attitude. I got my food and realized I was missing my specialty chicken. I looked outside to try to stop him but he was already driving away. I called the store and spoke with some “Daniel”, he sounded like it was his first day and didn’t know what I was talking about, I told him what I was missing, and he says “so why are you calling?” And I said “because I’m missing part of my order!! Hello?!” Didn’t mean to sound rude, but he obviously didn’t care to listen the first time I told him what had happened. Then he told me they were going to give me store credit idk how bc he didn’t even write my name down or anything. So I can just call up there any time and say “I’m calling to replace my order” without even proof of purchase or anything. Read moreAfter my second experience here, I am now writing a review that reflects how terrible this location is. First time around, I did a pick up order. When I arrived, my pizza wasn't ready. No biggie. After about 10 minutes, they bring my pizza to the counter, ring it up, and I was overcharged by $5 and some change. When I asked why, I was told they didn't honor the online coupon, and couldn't change the price. Whatever. Might have been a training thing.
Yesterday, I did an order online for delivery. I watched as my pizza sat in "Quality Check" for almost 45 minutes! The driver showed up with my cool, soggy, thin crust pizza and before I could say a word, states "I am the only driver. Here is your receipt if you want to do a complaint." I didn't bother calling the store because last time I tried, it just rang with no answer. I clicked the little "unhappy" button on my order and I was given 2 options. I could become a rewards member (why?) and I would receive a free pizza or option 2 was a 20% off coupon.
Sorry guys....I'm out and will never order from here again. This place definitely needs to be retrained,...
