TERRIBLE...again! This is the second time in the past two months that we have experienced identical issues. Placed an order at 7:23 pm on 7/15/21. Order total $52.41 with a pretip total of $10.48. The pizza tracker showed that our order was ready 20m post order time but was not out for delivery. I waited until 8:30pm to call the store to simply ask if we could come pick up the order. Oscar picked up the phone and I asked if my order was ready and if I could pick it up. He abruptly responded with, "you need go hit zero and speak with my manager". Needless to say (and from what other reviewers experienced) I was on eternal hold as there is not a manager on duty. So, we left the house to pick up the order (1hr and 30m post online order). Upon arriving at this location I was received by a very rude non responsive store team. Without saying, my entire order was luke warm at best. I made the staff aware of the cold food and got no response, no offer of discount, no offer to refund my $10.48 pretip. Normally I would have demanded a full refund but my kids where "starving" lol, so I just decided to just deal with it. When I got home, we discovered that we did not get the sauces that come with the desserts and the wings...no surprise here. I will not order from this location again and I advise that you read all of the reviews with the same issues. I called the corporate office simply to notify them of this experience and my previous experiences. I was told that this location is a Franchise location. I was told that I would receive a phone call from the Franchisee within two business days, this has not happened. Oh well, I will NEVER order from this location and I highly recommend that you stay away as well. BTW, I witnessed the store staff eating and drinking while prepping food. No masks (if required) or food handling gloves being worn. Also, the store was extremely dirty and unkept. You could skate on the grime buildup on the tile floors. This place could (should) be shut down. Surprised the city has not put this location on notice if this is typical...
Read moreUPDATE 5.29.2025 since my previous review I have ordered 2 more times and both times my order was wrong. I didn’t get garlic crust like I asked for both times and this 2nd time my thin crust pizza was not cut like a pie like I asked and it was all thrown in the box like it had been dropped and I asked for no oregano yet it was covered in oregano. The Pizza was warm at best and I never received a response from “customer service email” when they responded to my first review. What a joke.
I’ve ordered at this dominos a few times and haven’t really had any issues until today. I got a notification that my order had left the building at 5:21pm. At 6:15pm still no pizza and tracker seemed stuck and not updating. Called the store was told by a young man that he was sure the driver was delivering to me next and that if she didn’t show up “after a long while” to call back. I called back very shortly after because i just couldn’t believe he didn’t call his driver to find out what was going on. I asked to speak to a manager and the young lady didn’t even ask me to hold she just wasn’t there anymore and so I waited then suddenly a manager (or at least sounded like an adult) picks up and advises me that they gave my pizza away to the wrong person but they’ve remade it and I’ll get a fresh one soon. I asked how long is soon and he said well whenever a driver gets back but I’m not sure how long that will be. Completely frustrated and dumbfounded by the lack of customer service I asked for a refund because one wasn’t offered or any incentive offered to accommodate their mistake. It’s just the principle of the matter and reminds me why I choose to order from local pizza places as opposed to big companies like dominos. Read moreThis location time and time again cannot get my order right. I always request "square cut" for my option because it spreads the portions out and allows you to conserve. Mind you, this is a standard option on their website.
With that being said, I unfortunately ordered delivery and the same thing happened. What I started doing was calling the store and reminding them of this request, and it's usually the only time they will do this correctly, but forgot to do it this time around.
When I checked the pizza at the door while the driver waited, he claimed it was his fault and that he didn't know what the "SQCT" code meant. Dude, it's a STANDARD cutting option. Get a clue already! I then proceeded to call the store where one of the guys answered the phone and played as if he had a hard time hearing me, and gave me nothing but attitude and was very condescending.
He then says, "I can offer you a free medium pizza." Um, I already get that every two orders for being a loyalty member... not a valid solution. How about a refund? He was unwilling to hear my feedback on correcting issues that happen all the time. He then had the gall to hang up on me and when I attempted to call back, the manager got on the phone and pretended as if I was calling a call center!
She then proceeded to "transfer" me and never pick up the call. I then hung up and called from another number, and they picked up! These people are unprofessional and do not know how to treat their customers. I have opened a ticket online but unsure if it will get resolved properly. It appears that they have a canned response to email with complaints that go unheard of, so I do not expect any better from this. I will patronize another location to utilize my points and then will refrain from coming to Domino's ever...
