Just had a soft opening Wednesday, Nov. 23 with the grand opening the following week. No delivery until the grand opening BUT, they are full-service. YES, they have an eat in restaurant. How awesome. See my posted pics. Located right next to the new Whataburger in Presido Towne Crossing on N Tarrant Parkway. I had the 10" pepperoni with the thick crust and it was very yummy. They have not announced their delivery area yet but I got to talk to the nicest guy who works as their Director of IT (Hector) who was there for the soft opening and actually ate lunch with him. What a personable guy. He said that if you go online and put in your address, the web site will automatically list the local delivery locations that apply to your address when they go 'live.' Stop in and see these friendly folk and get a bodacious pizza!! They gave away a nice Koozie and cup too for the opening. (It may sound like it but I have no relationship with Domino's!)

Order med pizzas for delivery. Watched the ordering tracking. Items were in the quality que for 35 mins. When our pizzas arrived at our house we recieved the wrong pizza and one that was dry and hard as the cardboard box it came in. Called the store and was told I could get a credit, a replacement but would not be delivered to me for 90mins, unexceptable, after already waiting over an hour originally. When we asked to speak to the Manager we were told they are in a rush and he was not available to talk to us. So we could call back after the rush or they would take our name and number and when he could help he would call back. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Was craving a pan pizza for weeks, finally decided to order despite the reviews. Not to my surprise it sucked! Definitely would of been fine if even one slice was decent, I just needed to curve this craving I’ve had! I tried a bite out of almost all the pieces but the dough is definitely old or not proofed properly. The whole pizza is chewy and the dough is condensed except for the few spots where it’s paper thin. Not the pan pizza I use to order from my old dominos before I moved closer to this one sadly. Refer to my photo for the thinness of my severely depressed, waste of cash, pizza.

If I could give 0 stars I would.  I had the absolute worst experience Ive ever had recently where it took FOUR AND A HALF HOURS to get 3 pizzas and breadsticks.  We had just gotten back from my grandma's funeral, and wanted something quick and easy to feed everyone with.  So we called the

7630 N Beach St, Fort Worth, TX 76137

location first.  We ordered 3 large pizzas, one large thin crust Ultimate Pepperoni add pineapple, one large thin crust Cali Chicken Bacon Ranch, and one large hand tossed Spinach and Feta.  Also ordered stuffed cheesy bread with spinach and feta, 6 garlic sauces, 4 marinara, and 4 ranch along with a two 2 liter dr peppers.  The total was $75.73 with the 3 $delivery fee. They took the order, and said that it would be delivered as soon as possible.

We waited for TWO hours until first calling back to see where the order was.  Figured maybe there were alot of orders going out at one time or something... but after waiting for 20 minutes for someone to finally answer, (was hung up on 3 times) when we got someone on the phone, they told us that they had transferred our order to another location because they didnt deliver to our address.  Which should have been told to us initially I would think???  So they tell us which location they transferred the order to, and we called there.  This new location was at

2201 N Tarrant Pkwy, Fort Worth, TX 76177.

Waited ANOTHER 35 minutes for someone to answer the phone call, even called with two different phones to see if one of us could get someone to pick up.  Finally they did, and we explained the situation.  They then told us that they didnt have an order placed to our address.  Nothing was transferred.  So they tell us that they will go ahead and do a new order though, and get it to us ASAP.   We put in the new order same as the first order, and hung up.

Another hour and a half goes by.  Still nothing. So we call back AGAIN.  They said they somehow deleted the order out of the system.  I then asked to speak to the manager, and she asked what she could do to make it right...I told her that I wasnt paying full price for 3 pizzas that took 3 1/2 Hours to be delivered.  She agreed and said that she will cancel the cost of the order and still deliver the order as promised,  as well as give us a $60 credit towards my next order for being so patient with them and handling it in a mature, calm, and rational manner..(even though I was upset that the kids and relatives were already emotionally drained from the funeral as well as starving)  I never even recieved a credit at the VERY least!

When the pizza FINALLY arrived 4 hours and 43 minutes from original order time, it was cold as ice, only had 2 garlic, 2 ranch, and 1 marinara sauce after we paid for 6 garlic, 4 ranch, and 4 marinara.  On top of that, the large hand tossed Spinach and Feta pizza was a medium instead.  Stuffed breadsticks were hard and were overcooked. Almost burnt.

I love Dominos pizza.  Have for a really long time.  So much so, that I honestly dont order Papa John's Little Cesars or Pizza Hut anymore at all.  This was just simply unacceptable, and the worst experience I've ever had.  I hope you can put into place a proper solution to this problem.

UPDATE: Contacted customer support NUMEROUS times, and they keep giving me the run around saying that they're working on it.  Or giving the information to the correct team to address the situation.  This has been going on for almost 4 months now.  Beyond terrible customer service and support.  Guess Ill be directing everyone I know to a better company...

I have had only a few interactions with this one location, 50% have been subpar. This most recent interaction was as follows: Order placed at 6:53 pm (for carry-out). 2 medium, 2 toppings pizzas. After placing the order I leave my house. The estimated order time was 28-33 minutes. I drive from my house to get gas and then to dominos, anticipating that I would be early and planned on waiting. Once I arrive at the location, I see the board that states I am 4th in line and will be completed in 7 minutes. Without speaking to an associate, I take a seat and anticipate to wait roughly 7 minutes. I do realize that 7 minutes is a general estimate and not a guarantee, which I am fine with. After 20 minutes goes by, I see that I am now 7th or 8th in line and my wait time is 45 minutes. I ask a young female associate if that is accurate and she states that they will begin working on my order immediately. I take my seat again. While seated, I see a number of other customers come in and out, some picking up their orders, some being irritated by the long waits. The number of staff didn't seem extremely subpar, maybe 6-8 associates working at the time. No deliveries were being made at that night (as I overheard an associate tell someone on the phone), so I have no idea why it took so long to make my two pizzas. After 1 hour passed, from the time that I placed my order, I proceeded to the counter to simply ask, "has my order been put in the oven". The gentlemen had to check my order number and replied, "no". At that point in time, I asked to have my order voided. The associate had to get a manager to void the order, which took unnecessarily long (not to void, but to get a manager to actually provide "codes" to void it). After voiding the transaction, I was not provided a receipt - even though I asked for one, nor was I offered a voucher for 2 free pizzas on my next visit. Now, I am not that person who wants something for free because I was inconvenienced, but I was extremely offended that I watched that voucher offer being provided to the 2 customers that immediately proceeded my order. One whos order was completed and another whos order was simply voided and left with no pizza. For those reasons, I will not return to...

ZERO STARS!! I encountered the worst customer service experience this evening. I'll start with the back story to this order....I placed an order last week and didn't receive my 2 Liter soda. No big deal. They didn't credit my bank account, but said they would note my account in the store for the next time. Okay fine. Fast forward to today. I had received a coupon that stated free 2-topping pizza with delivery expiring today 6/12. So I place my order online, leave a generous tip and everything. I then contact the store to see if they are able to bring the missing soda from last time and the gentlemen that answered the phone was slightly rude then, but I let it slide. He said he saw the note and fine they would bring it, but it would be 2-3 hours, because "THEY" were backed up. So I said okay I'll come pick it up then. No big deal. He then hangs up and calls me right back to say that my coupon is no longer valid, because I am picking it up. Obviously, I said that is ridiculous I am trying to help you, since your store is backed up. At this point he proceeds to yell at me and say OKAY YOU ARE NO LONGER ALLOWED TO PLACE ORDERS AT THIS STORE AND YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELLED! AND HANGS UP ON ME!! I was furious. Seriously, I was just trying to help out by picking it up. So I attempt to visit the location and see what can be done and he refuses to admit it was him on the phone and says when asked for the manager, they are all managers. No BRAEDON, you are the manager on duty, you are the one that yelled at me and hung up and then was to scared to admit it when confronted. Why would I think you would try to make it right!?! You basically just ignored me and could careless about customer service. I will be contacting corporate. That was extremely uncalled for and...
