I love Jersey Mike's sandwiches. However, I have had multiple bad experiences during lunch time and today was pretty much it for me. I don't usually write super long reviews but I am very disappointed. I ordered my sandwich online and they usually quote 25 minutes. This was before 11am so it was still very early. I got there at 11:10am and the place was already super busy but I went to the register to pick up my sandwich as the 25 minutes had already passed. I was told that it was not ready. I knew that had a couple large orders so I understood. I waited...waited...finally when people who came in after me had gone all the way through the line, I did I ask if they had my ticket because I already knew they didn't because I had been watching them for almost 15 minutes make tons of sandwiches. All he said was "well..we had a big order come in so...." No apology or anything. Well they had lost my ticket in fact (as I already knew) when he finally checked and he ignored me, had someone else make the sandwich, and then muffle "oh sorry" as they handed it me. If he had been paying any attention at all then he should have checked on this when I came to pick it up. I'm sorry, but 40 minutes for one sandwich is too long. Especially in the lunch hour. Jersey Mike's needs to rethink their system. It is so slow and they should not be prioritizing large to go orders over walk ins and one single sandwich online order. I have worked in restaurants and know mistakes happen but the way this was handled was wrong. They made me feel bad for trying to just get my sandwich after waiting 40 minutes. Read moreI have no idea what the complaints are about or where they are coming from because this is sure not the experience that I've ever had no matter day or time. Do these people have the right shop? My first meeting with the employees was to my surprise i left my debit card at home. I was so embarrassed i wanted to just shrink into the floor. The manager and staff made me laugh and took my fear away that the man behind me paid for my food. All of my other times weather the line is out the door or no line at all, every last person there greets you with a smile a hello and states something they remember about you from the last visit. I have never met anyone at this store that didn't make my day just a little bit better. Even if they did joke about my red hair lol. I have no idea about ordering online but i can say this, don't ever assume that its always going to be 25 minutes. Heck they don't even know that. If you knew they lost your ticket why are you just going to sit, and sit, and sit only to blame them? Sounds like someone didn't want to pay for their lunch. My lunch is 30 minutes and i would have to agree with the other guy who said it was faster to just stand in line vs order ahead. Heck at least ya got some fun chit chat. Oh, even when the air was out these employees still maintained a smile and stayed upbeat. As I told the nice young lady at the register i was going to give everyone a kudos because i think they all deserve it here it is.. A HUGE KUDOS TO THE STAFF AT THE JERSEY MIKES ON TRINITY! Read moreI love Jersey Mike's sandwiches. I first ate them from the store on Regent Blvd in Irving. Their sandwiches are always freshly made, tasty, flavorful and the staff is always kind and busy. But this store had a bad day... Or the fat guy who served me was having a bad day! Because the first time I went there all the guys were great and so was the Sandwich! The guy who waited on me was sick. He kept coughing into his arm. He was moody, condescending and smart-mouthed. He gave me some old bread and the sandwich was cold--even though I ordered a HOT sub pastrami with toasted bread, lettuce instead of sauerkraut, extra sauce and, grilled onions. I was sad to find out the sandwich was cold, the cheese was not even melting and the onions were not grilled... a waste of time and money. It was the first bad experience I've ever had at any Jersey Mike's. I won't order if that guy is there--but I won't stop going there cause its near my home and, I love Jersey...
