King Pho Sushi Bar — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Well, let me start out by how the night finished. After what seemed like an hour wait to get our food and even getting the wrong thing, my friend felt sick once we got to the car. The server was very nice on the other hand, and she even gave us complimentary drinks for free; this was probably the best thing to come out of this night. Both of us were looking forward to getting the well-known Korean Barbeque with Rice, however we were told that our food had been given to a different table and that we would be given a 40% discount. Although I decided to be nice and agreed to such a "great" offer, I was very dissatisfied after they asked if we would be okay with receiving a different order. Overall, I'm sure that this was a "one-time deal," but I am still distraught over this occurrence. My friend and I were really looking forward to having a great meal together as we rarely get to see each other, and this totally ruined the night. Just terrible service. Came in tonight, it wasn't particularly busy. We sat for so long before someone came to take our drink orders that we already knew what we wanted to eat. Put in an order for 4 spring rolls, 4 sodas, 2 kids fried rice, 1 pho and 1 order of sushi. The sushi came out first, then the pho. At some point a different server saw that no veggies came with the pho and brought that out. Then we got 2 spring rolls and had to ask for the other 2. Then the fried rice. And finally the last of the spring rolls. We asked a server to bring a spoon for one of the rice plates. It never came. We had to ask several staff for refills to finally get our first refill just before leaving. We only saw our original server once. Solid 4 star experience for us. Came in on a Saturday for lunch. We split an order of fresh rolls and a bowl of veggie pho. The fresh rolls had a bit too much noodle and not enough basil, but they were ok. Tried to order a thai tea with boba but the boba was still cooking. Can't really fault them for that and was glad to hear boba was cooking. Thai tea was really sweet which actually made for a great dessert after we were done eating. I did order some sushi as well, but I'd probably stick to the pho next time. Sushi was ok. Veggie pho. We like veggie pho. Its clean and light and refreshing. The broth tasted great. Saw some reviews that said broth was bland, but this broth was great. Add some chili oil and fish sauce to taste, and you still have a great broth as a base.
