This is probably the worst seafood restaurant I've ever eaten at. First off when we walked in there was no one at the host stand to show us a table. Then when the hostess finally showed after almost ten minutes of waiting, she asked which table we'd like and when we told her she said that we couldn't have a table in this specific area for some unknown reason. Then my husband ordered this crab meal that was $40 and was supposed to be fresh but tasted like its been in the kitchen for days and it was over seasoned with the wrong spices to hide its lack of freshness. Then I ordered this lobster broth pasta dish that smelt and tasted so bad I couldn't take more than a bite, and this was likely because the lobster wasn't fresh either. The meat in that pasta most certainly didn't taste like lobster. Also our waitress was very annoying when I let her know that I didn't like my dish. She insisted on getting me a new meal to replace the bad dish but she said that the new meal had to be cheaper, and once the bill came, I had to call the manager to ask them to take the meals off of our bill since the waitress was too incompetent to do understand that we didn't want anything to replace our bad meals and the only thing we took more if a bite out of was literally our drinks. I kept telling her I didn't want anything else and I finally had to tell her that the horrible taste and smell of the lobster pasta dish made me lose my appetite. Overall I wish I could rate my experience here with a 0, because the along with the horrible tasting food that is definitely not fresh, the bill was unreasonably large and the staff is very...

I was excited to eat here. I hadn't been to a place that had pan roasts since I left Vegas. We ordered headless shrimp and a pan roast. The shrimp in a bag were big, which was great, but they were not deveined, and the sauce had spice (we got the Kazaam or something like that), but not much flavor compared to Boiling Crab or Hot and Juicy. We were not offered anything to help it either. I saw other tables with cups of butter and lemons, so I asked for those.... Still not great flavor. When the pan roast came, it was brown, not orange. I asked the waitress why, and she said it's because I got the gumbo, not the pan roast. I explained that would never happen, because I never eat gumbo. She said that's what I was pointing at, then went to get the menu to show me where the gumbo was. I reiterated that regardless of where she saw me pointing, I would never order gumbo and came here specifically for the Pan Roast. She took the gumbo, and came back with a new bowl about 10-15 minutes later. It was ok. The lobster was as chewy as bubble gum, there wasn't a lot of flavor, but it was edible overall. It didn't help that the waitress blamed her mistake on me, as it made the rest of the meal uncomfortable, and she never apologized for the error or the extra time that we sat there with nothing...

Tried this place yesterday. My wife had the Mix & Match (catfish & shrimp) and I had the Station Platter (catfish, shrimp, oysters, chicken & dirty rice). Both meals came with fries (regular or cajun seasoning) & hushpuppies. The food was well prepared, great temperature and plenty of it. Our only con on the food were the hushpuppies. There were only two and they weren't much larger than the marbles I used to play with as a kid. Could have done with fewer fries and more substantial puppies.

Where we had a major issue was the service. When we got there, there was a couple at the bar and another couple dining. The initial attention was good, until after the food arrived. Drinks went dry, no napkins and long delays in our server checking on us. I would have understood if it was busy, but there were at least seven employees on the restaurant floor and six customers. The bulk of the time the staff was huddled around a laptop. Not the best way to make customers feel like they are the top priority. Especially when they have sign out front saying "Welcome Fort Worth, we missed you".

Enjoyed the food, but will have to consider the lack of service if we...

3 stars average but this visit in particular was about a 1. Other visits have been about 4s. We have been here a few times before and I think this is probably our least favorite visit, though will give 3 stars to average the other experiences. The worst part of our visit was our service. The waiter was nice but slow. Really slow. We started asking other waitstaff for help. He first lost our order in the system, took about 10 min to get my drink. The bartender ended up bringing it over. We also noticed the kitchen was running slow, or it could have been the waiter again. Tables around us received their food first. We had to ask for most things like napkins, utensils, water, etc. Ordered more drinks through another waitress and then just went to the bar and ordered there. Then we waited another 10m at the end because he lost our ticket somehow. We were patient through it all tho the hubs was visibly annoyed, which rarely happens. We had the chicken wings for appetizer and they were not that great, which made this visit not our best. We'll relegate our selections to the seafood from now on. This *was* our go-to but are now considering other places to try.

This was our firsttime here and our firsttime out since the COVID craziness. It was also our 14 year anniversary! We had Cassie as a waitress who did a fantastic job helping us and waiting on us during our 2 hour visit. She was also super sweet in her suggestions and advice on our ordering. The atmosphere was great, TVs music and such and they seemed to be doing a good job keeping things running well during this time which made us feel comfortable dining in. The food was great, cooked well, good quality and flavors. We tried the Extra Shazam flavor which was yummy and spicy without setting my mouth on fire. We also had the garlic butter dip for the octopus at the waitresses suggestion which was delicious. We even made sure to speak with the manager (Thanh I think) to let him know they were doing great and would definitely be back. We also made sure to tip extra well for the great visit. Oh and the oysters were huge and delicious! Bread pudding dessert was a perfect finishing touch!

My wife wanted to give this place 2 stars. The only reason I chose 3 was because the fried calamari was very good. What they call a hush puppy was not cooked all the way and it was unlike anything I've ever eaten that was called a hush puppy. Bland taste with a strange consistency made into a little ball. The shrimp I had was ok but nothing I would go back for. The catfish batter literally fell off the fish which some people might like but not so much for me. 4 out of the 6 of us didn't like the fries. To sweet tasting was the complaint. One kid had a burger that he said was so dry it is was like eating sand. What we think was ranch dressing was terrible for the salad. Server was nice and did a good job. The worst part of the whole thing was the gnats. There were a bunch of them. We kept having to kill the little SOBs. There shouldn't be an abundance of gnats in an enclosed eatery.
