So my sister ordered us some food and she picked it up at around 9:30pm. Had eaten from here once before and liked it, but after this last time ,never again. My sister got a chicken burrito for her and me , most of been last of chicken since hers had some( barely) yet mine was I guess you can call it a bean and cheese veggie burrito. Had not 1 piece of chicken in it, besides the guacamole being missing aswell .sure Had a ton of "fajita peppers " that weren't cooked and bunch of jalapeño pieces. Also had ordered 3 chicken tacos, which at least had chicken in it . Even though a drumstick has more chicken on it than the 3 tacos had altogether . Definitely will be going to the restaurant, not to buy anything but to either have this fixed or have a "talk" with the male workers that where there last night. If they where running out alor didn't want to cook more chicken because it was near closing time than shouldn't of accepted order or call her phone to either pick a different meat or to see if she wanted to cancel it , since they saw a chick's name most likely felt they could do whatever they wanted to and what would she does since they were about to close. Well now they won't worried about her, I'm a take care of it and see if doing whatever they felt like doing is gonna turn out for them. Oh and I know the pictures of the burrito look weird ,that's cause I cut it open with multiple cuts and then with a spoon looked through it to see if I could find at least a couple pieces of chicken and maybe a small amount of...
Read moreI have eaten at Qdoba for years. Usually in Arlington or off Bryant Irvin. I have been to this specific location a handful of times, and the food standard is far below par for what the other locations serve. Came a couple of years back and picked up an order. When I got home, the tomatoes in the pico were browning, soggy and grainy. I gave feedback and received a card in the mail for a free replacement entree. Decided to try again today. BIG mistake. I tried their new shrimp special. I got home and took a bite with one shrimp in it. The PUTRID taste in my mouth and smell that came out of my nose made me gag instantly, to the verge of vomiting back in the bowl. I look closer at the shrimp, and the outsides are wilted, instead of looking juicy and plump. So, I drove ALL the way back, and spoke to the female manager. Her response to me was that I must just not like the seasoning they put on it. I'm 42 with 25 years of restaurant experience. I also LOVE seafood. I am well aware of the difference of seasoning and ROTTING SEAFOOD; as anyone else also knows that distinct taste/smell once you experience it. She then proceeds to call a younger guy over claims he is a "manager " too. She asked him to smell the shrimp. He proceeds to take one out of my bowl, eat it, shrug his shoulders, and say it's fine to me. If that doesn't scream the lack of sanitation for this location, I don't know what else does. Absolutely gross. Just distusting. This location is giving...
Read moreI am a chipotle lover so it was hard for me to steer in a different direction. I decided to come here because it was close to my work and I was not disappointed.
I got a bowl with the shredded beef and queso. Got other fillings as well but the most memorable part of the meal was the meat and the queso. The beef was tender and juicy and added so much flavor to the meal. The queso was so flavorful! And all together, it was like a flavor explosion in my mouth. The chips they give you are so generous. They fill almost an entire bag and for the price, it is so worth it.
The employees are amazing as well. They care and they love what they do. They joke around and make you feel like you're eating a family dinner with your dis functionally functional family. The manager is one of the best managers in the food industry you will ever find.
Chipotle's queso is quite horrible so can't really compare the two. But this definitely is an amazing...
