They gave me the wrong ice cream and still charged for it and didn't accept the return.

UPDATE: We bought eight ice creams from your shop, and seven of them were fine. However, one of them was ordered as “dark chocolate,” but it came with a strong coconut flavor and wasn’t dark at all. It was my son’s ice cream, and after tasting it, I confirmed that it was a sweet coconut-flavored ice cream.

I informed the person at the cashier desk that I wanted a proper dark chocolate ice cream without a coconut flavor. They told me they couldn’t replace it because we had already tasted the ice cream.

It seems like your shop hasn’t been in the ice cream business for very long. The standards for “dark chocolate” – whether it is an ice cream or chocolate bar – are almost universal. If whatever you’re adding to the ice cream overpowers the chocolate flavor and makes it excessively sweet, you really can’t call it dark chocolate.

One of the most delicious ice creams I've ever tried, and now I'm a fan, the employees work hard just a little disoriented, it was a busy day and as soon as I opened a door a woman started yelling at me to keep the door closed, I told her that's what What did it have to do with me if I wasn't holding the door, I held it when someone came out and when my daughter came in behind me, it was clear that this woman couldn't contain her anger because she was so busy and she didn't know how to get her frustration out, She couldn't even have proper language for customer service, and if she couldn't control that, how could she control the team and have better results. Went here on a Saturday (5/25) with the fam. We were 9 ppl, and when we walked in, we were gruffly told to move up and out of the way of the other guests (there wasn’t much room for anyone else in there, fyi). Then when we had questions (we had never been there before), we were met with “what do you mean?” In a rude tone. (I had asked what the dairy free flavors were made from…and then I asked if I could two flavors and I was firmly told NO.) So we quickly got out of there. The ice cream was amazing, but the rudeness of the staff was un called for. Yes it’s hot and it’s summertime, but this is your job and good customer service should be the minimum. So the ice cream was better than expected, but the service was much worse than expected. When you’ve been working in customer service your entire adult life, it’s shocking to experience...
