I was hoping to be able to rate this location much higher, but sadly I cannot based on todayās visit.
The employee taking orders at drive thru was pleasant and took my order efficiently. There was no issues with that part. I was even given warning that the fried rice would take ā2 minutesā so there would be a wait. Again, no problem I can wait. The situation became an issue when the drive thru cashier asked me to pull forward and park by the front entrance so she could bring my order out.
I pulled around the building to the front entrance and waited. The cashier brought out orders twice, but both times she went to vehicles behind me and she was talking on her cellphone. Thatās cool, other people need their orders too. Well 12 minutes passed and Iām still running my engine waiting for my food. I had to turn off the truck, drag my kids out of the truck and walk inside to let them know they forgot about us. As I walk to the counter, I noticed the fried rice was a-plenty and a-waiting behind the glass. When I told the employee that my food was never brought out to me she snatched the receipt and started making my order after she spoke with drive thru personnel.
The redeeming value was she did apologize and ended with a āhave a great day!ā But it was frustrating to be left running my vehicle the whole time (especially with gas prices going up again!) and to be forgotten about in the parking lot.
Based on my experience I do not recommend this location.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt seems that no matter which location that I've been to in the DFW area they 7 times out of 10 either mess up the order by leaving something out whether it be a food item or condiments or giving the wrong entree entirely. A number of times given a much smaller serving that advertised or tried to cover up a lack of one item by giving more of another item. This would not be that much of an issue if the item that was enhanced was an actually entree vice more rice or chow mein. I have also been asked to pull off to the side when they didn't have a certain entree ready, again, not much of an issue if they didn't leave you there for 20 plus minutes. Their priority turns to the drive through, while waiting, the entree was ready but focused towards their drive through line instead of the customer that has been waiting and already paid. There has only been one of these times that I actually waited to see how long it would take them to remember me and then get the food to me. Normally I had to go back in to remind them. To my surprise, they got it done, and then ran out again before bringing my the order that I had paid for. I have no idea why this takes place so often, it is frustrating to say the least. The employees were screwing around, walked up to the counter to order was told the inside register was close and to go through the drive-through, so I got back in my car, then went to the drive-through and was told it would take 12 minutes to make the sweet fire chicken breast. so I waited only to find out they would not make it, why did she not say this before I ordered, I was like why are you even open. Then the lady at the drive-through window was rude about the whole situation and asked me if I wanted something else, what horrible service! All the people inside do not care about the business they are running nor the food they are serving. Iāve never left a bad review before but this place deserves it!!!
