Had order a 20 piece meal through the drive thru, was told the chicken was going to take 5 minutes to cook but it took 15 minutes instead. Once the 15 minute mark came, I just went inside to ask how much longer it was going to take, at that point the cashier gave me my order which consisted of one bag. I asked if my whole meal was in there since the bag was light, I was told that all 20 pieces were in the bag but not the wings because I wasn’t charged for the wings so if I wanted them, it would be an extra 15 minute wait. The guy who handed me my meal was very rude so I just decided to head home instead. I got home and once I opened the box I realized that I only had 10 pieces instead of the 20 pieces that I had paid for. I called to let them know of this and I was told they would have it ready for me in 20 minutes. Since I live approximately 20 minutes away I agreed to pick up the order. I arrived 30 minutes later for them to tell me the chicken wasn’t even ready. I waited an additional 10 minutes for it to be ready. I didn’t asked for a refund or anything but they went ahead and gave me a 20 piece meal. It was my fault for not checking once again because I assumed that they would make sure that all my items were in the bag but once I got home I realized that I was missing chicken pieces yet again. At this point I don’t even want a refund but it is just so frustrating that such a big company doesn’t have high standards. I paid more than $70 for my whole meal...

My wife and I tried to eat here tonight but we ended up experiencing the worst service and never even got a piece of chicken.

When I tried to order at the drive through, the employee continually talked over me and was clearly very annoyedv that I needed a few seconds to decide what I wanted.

Her condescending , rapid fire time was so over the top that my wife and ended up ordering the nuggets just to finish the transaction as quickly as possible.

We played our $25 and, after a few minutes, got our bag at the window. As I pulled away, my wife discovered that the items in the bag were not what we ordered. So I parked and went in to fix the situation.

I waited no less than 10 minutes in line inside, holding one of there bags, before anyone even acknowledged me. And, when the manager did, and just took the bag and left.

After about 5 more minutes, another manager asked what I was waiting for. I explained that I ordered nuggets at the drive through 20 minutes ago and all she could tell me was that they had to cook them. After 20 minutes and they still had to cook them???

The manager told me I could wait if I wanted to but, by that point, I just wanted a refund. I got my money back but that was a total waste of a half hour and left me perplexed that a restaurant as new as this could have such an awful staff and such little regard for...
