Great place for a kid's birthday party! My daughter (2) just had hers on Friday and loved it! Angela was so helpful and sweet to us, she made the party easy and I didn't have a headache. Doesn't smell, is clean and fun! The atmosphere is friendly and totally for kids. The menu and food is really good. We had pepperoni and cheese pizzas. Our group party package was $11/kid and we had 2 free no shows. That came with 2 medium pizzas for the kids, unlimited drinks for the table and party favors, along with 120 minutes of free play (and yes, the kids can accumulate tickets for prizes at the end. Tips for parents planning a party: *The tables are long, if you want table covers, I suggest about 3 or 4. One isn't going to cover it. *You can't bring your own cups (not sure why this is a rule) but they provide cups and plates. We brought our own Baby Shark plates and used the Chuck E Cheese cups. We also asked for a sharpie and wrote the kids names on the bottom and lids of the cups to designate. *Chuck E. comes out every hour for the kids to dance and sing with him. *The time for play doesn't stop when your food comes out so allot for time the kids and eat quickly then play so they can get the most out of the play time. *They have a refrigerator for cake (if needed) and a freezer for ice cream (if needed). *We ordered combo meals for the parents that attended. We upgraded a combo to 2 extra large pizzas and a large order of wings. We asked for the wings with no sauce and put the sauce on the side so people could drizzle sauce of their choice on their wings if wanted. (The Sweet Chili sauce was a hit) This combo fed 6 adults and let the kids have more pizza if they wanted. *You can get there to set up your party about 10 minutes ahead of time and they will ask you when you would like the food brought out. *They only have Pepsi products for drinks but this also includes Brisk teas. They also have sweet and unsweetened tea seperate from the fountain. * Their menu is on the website so look at that before coming. *NO outside food or drinks (besides cake and ice cream) I think that's all the tips I have to give. Great place for little kids and families! Definitely will go again!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The service is horrible. No game room attendant, terribly long wait at merch to redeem your tickets because they only have 1 person trying to help several people at one time. But what did it for me is the cleanliness of this place. I went to get a drink and noticed mold on the ice maker where the ice shoots out into your cup. I immediately notified the manager, her name was Nicole and told her first and foremost she should not allow anyone else to use the ice machine. She thanked me for letting her know and continued to allow people to drink from the machine. Did not tag it or anything. Not only was it me and my family there, but my daughters school Basswood was having a school fundraiser there as well. I will definitely be notifying the health department to have them look into this location and make sure they are keeping up with their standards of cleanliness. Attached are pictures so you can judge for yourself. I felt so sick after eating, I won’t ever go back to this location again.

My son celebrated his 2nd birthday here. My top issue was with Chuck E Cheese in costume. They lacked energy, barely engaged with the kids, and the dance moves were off. My son reached his hand out to say hi, and they barely acknowledged it the first time, with zero acknowledgment the second time. The pizza was brought out 15 minutes after we arrived, and the full party was not there. I asked if we could please wait till 1:15, and it was brought out at 12:50. I just wanted the guest to have warm food and time to play. The party host wasn't the easiest to find. The tight schedule they have you on takes away from the fun. I don't think I'll be doing another birthday here.

Oh God Where do I begin!! I have never written a review but I am so upset with how my daughters birthday party went that I feel obligated to write this review and tell my experience so this will never happen again to any parent! This was my worst chuck e cheese experience ever! We had to wait 15 minutes just to get in the line was ridiculous!! When we finally were able to get in we had to wait around 40min after our party reservation time for our party table to be ready (meaning cleaned and decorated)! Mind you this is a birthday party reservation that had been confirmed so all preparations for our party should of been made prior to our reservation party time!! I was constantly running back-and-forth to get our guests in so they wouldn't miss out on the party since it is timed because of the line to get in! To make matters worse it took the pizza about an hour and a half to get to us! Everything was extremely disorganized no one knew who was the party host of what party or what party was sitting where it was total chaos!! Not to mention they had ran out of everything but salad and pizza even cotton candy! Manager was extremely rude to customer and even worse towards his own staff that were only trying to help frustrated customers!! We witness him talk very poorly and disrespectful to them! The Manger never once came to apologize for all the inconvenience and all the frustrations we had been put through! By the time it was all set and done our party reservation was for 5:30pm didn't get our party started until 6:10pm then our pizza didn't get to us until 7:30ish we left the facility at 9:00pm when it was a 5:30pm to 7:30pm reservation! I do have to mention and give lots of credit to our party host Isabelle and her helper that night these 2 girls were amazing, super sweet and very attentive to our frustrations went out of there way to try and make the experience better for us, our child and our guests! They were always apologizing for everything that was going on which was really out of there control and was not by any means there fault! Hope this helps and bring awareness to this store and it's management team on how to properly handle themselves under stress, how to properly treat and talk to staff and most important of all how to make customer...

Stellar location in every aspect! Large location with a huge selection of games, something for everyone! Plus, great open layout so the sightlines are really good. I could play a game with one kid while easily keeping half an eye on the other who was across the entire building on the dance floor. Which, that dance floor is AWESOME. I don't even think my 7 year old neice even needed her game card, she would have been just as happy dancing on the dance floor which has gorgeous lights that react to the kids footsteps. Super cool.

The staff member who was playing the costumed role of Chuck E Cheese today (10/16 noon) honestly would have given even the most interactive Disney World character actors a run for their money. He/she was so good with the kids, giving each indidividual attention while also keeping up with the guided Halloween Dance Party moves that was playing on the tv screens. Chuck E also was awesome at gauging the kids who were a little nervous, but still wanted to interact, and was just so sweet with them.

Every staff member that we interacted with for that matter was truly awesome. As someone who coaches kids for a living, I really appreciated seeing so many of them happy and having genuine interactions with the kids that added to the happy atmosphere and special times.

Pizza was awesome and came out fast. Clean store, games, and restrooms. The manager/possibly owner very kindly was opening the Blue Bunny ice cream machine every time he noticed a kid there trying to buy ice cream because the machine wasn't working. But he'd notice, walk over, unlock the machine to manually get out whatever the kid wanted. Would have been easier and perfectly acceptable to slap an out of order sign on it. But he really just went extra above and beyond and wanted the kids who wanted ice cream to get it. Super appreciated.

Anyway, longest review ever, but they deserve it. Thanks for an...
