Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I usually order from this location once a week. In the past I have always given them excellent reviews. Not today, I was very disappointed. I ordered chicken wings and cheese sticks. First, the chicken wings. I ordered a full order and paid full price, I received six instead of eight wings. Second, the cheese sticks. They were terrible. The cheese wasn’t evenly distributed, some sticks had no cheese. The cheese strips were burnt, dark brown and crisp on the bottom. They were not cut right, probably because they were burnt. Finally, I got the wrong dipping sauce. I might give them one more try, but it it isn’t better than today,I will not be going back.

I have no problems with quality of pizza how ever this location is pretty slow and scammy. Our pizza was delivered by DoorDash even though we placed it through the app. Normally I always tip but it was delivered 30mins past the latest estimate. The next morning around 7 am my card was flagged for suspicious activity on a website called tip me for 20$ and some change, they tried using it over 10 times! The last two try’s went through and had an auto pay set up every month. That’s a lot of money! I was able to get everything sorted with my bank but we left for vacation early that morning and wasn’t able to use my card our whole trip. I don’t know where in the order process my card info was taken but that’s the last time I pay with a card here. If we ever order from here again.

Order take out- received within the time line- everything in the order was cold- the pizza is not the standard of “papa John’s”, we don’t order pizza much but the standard has diminished and we will not be ordering anytime soon. The “wings” are TINY! Like maybe a bite per wing- but they were cold so we didn’t eat them. We ordered 2 more orders of pepperchinis- did not get them- ordered 2 more garlic butter dipping sauces- did not get them. But all that being said- the pizza was horrible and the wings were so small there was no point in even eating them. Save yourself the time and money- because you know just for your family it’s over $50 for pizza- and just make your own at home- atleast then it will be...
