Update: added a photo of hair fried into the chicken tender. Absolutely disgusting.
Service terrible. Dining room filthy. Trash on the floor. Drink area filthy. All booths filthy. Trash and grease on many tables even though there were about 10 visible crew members. In our 20+ minutes "dining" at the restaurant I never saw a crew member walk out to the dining area to check it. There were crew members that sat down for break at the select clean tables
UPDATE: I have nothing good to say about this location. Its total trash. Again, all booths and most tables filthy. Staff not attentive. While waiting for our food there was a large carry out order. The man at the register neglected to hand me out food before helping a woman to her car with the bags. Another kid that works there walked from the back, looked at the waiting food and grabbed the other 2 bags to carry out. I asked if I should back and get the food myself. The kid set down the bags and had a look on his face like I was inconveniencing him by wanting the food I paid for that had been sitting there for about 3 minutes.
As far as the food that was previously rated good...the fries were over cooked, the toast was cold and the chicken was dry
This visit was strangely reminiscent of our very 1st visit 2 years ago when moving to the area. We waited for food much like today that was sitting there getting cold. The staff was not customer service centric. We rarely visit this location due to the challenges the management has with staff. This is not a new thing but we keep hoping it will get better. In 2 years it is the same as our 1st visit. Only the food is now trash as well. We won't be back without significant improvements to the way staff handles the customers paying for the poor...
Read moreThis is the 3rd time I've had an issue at this location, but it is my last. I just left this here where I ordered two Box Combos with two root beers and I specified 'easy ice'. They have a way of filling the cup with ice and giving you half a cup of drink. For almost $11, I need a full cup of drink. Anyway, I drive to the window and before I can even pull up good the girl is hanging out of the window with my drinks. No greeting just hands me these drinks with pop running down the sides. I grab the cups and can feel that they are filled with ice. No big deal, I'll just ask her to remake them. I tell her that I asked for easy ice and she tells me that IS easy ice and that she's the one who made them. I shake the cups and say, ma'am these drinks are filled with ice and she proceeds to argue that this is what easy ice is. Ok, cool, so I ask how about no ice, then? She says no ice and closes the window on me while I'm holding these cold, wet drinks to try to hand them back to her. A few seconds later a manager comes and takes the drinks back and says the new ones will be out asap. Another worker hands me the new drinks that have no ice, but are dripping wet and the lid is covered in pop like the girl purposely drizzled it over the lid just to be spiteful. At that point I'm over it. I take the drinks and my food and go. I'm highly irritated with the level of unprofessionalism and just lack of overall courtesy. Read moreRaising Cane’s has always been one of my favorite fast-food restaurants, and I have visited multiple locations throughout the DFW area. Unfortunately, this was the first location where I had such a negative experience that I will not be returning.
Customer service is extremely important to me. Even if the food is average, excellent service can make all the difference in whether a guest chooses to return. However, this location not only fell short in service but also left a lasting negative impression.
Esmeralda, one of the managers, was not only rude but also dismissive of a simple request regarding our order on multiple occasions. Rather than handling the situation professionally, she belittled our concerns, making us feel as though our request was an inconvenience. A little kindness goes a long way, and unfortunately, Esmeralda displayed none.
