Rosa's Café & Tortilla Factory — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Beef fajita burritos are good but super expensive. They skimp out the burritos sometimes and that upsets me. Ive been going here ever since i was a small child and I’m now 27. I go to this rosas everyday in the morning to get me some breakfast and am disappointed almost every time. Idk if they do it on purpose but they always get my order wrong 90% of the time when the younger girls are working at the drive through window. One of them gives me attitude by rolling her eyes because i ask for a receipt. I ask for a 4oz cup of cheese and they charge me for it and only fill up half way sometimes. My main complaint is the beans. The beans are not good anymore like they used to. They have little pieces of meat inside and it tastes like chorizo. Its like they use one spoon for everything and mix everything up. I get fresh beans about 10% of the time. Its very rare just get good freshly made beans. I dont know whos making the beans but they are horrible. My favorite thing from rosas is the bean and burritos but now everytime i get them im disappointed by the texture, flavor, and whats inside. I have to pick out the little pieces of meat because they smell bad and taste bad. Please someone take care of the bean issue because its a constant thing now. I just want fresh food. By the way, i only ask for extra cheese because they put a tiny tiny little pinch or barely any at all on there. If they would stop being so stingy with the cheese that im paying for when i say with cheese, i wouldn’t ask for extra cheese. STOP BEING STINGY BECAUSE I PAY FOR IT AND IT AINT CHEAP PLUS IM AN EVERYDAY CUSTOMER...

We ordered via calling in as we do all of the places my colleagues and I order from. The lady we were trying to order from cut us off half way through ordering to tell us we can just use the drive thru, we told her we didn’t want to and continued to order, after which she very snobbishly said, “ok but for future reference you can use the drive thru and it won’t take long”. We informed her we didn’t want to wait in the drive thru and would appreciate if the order was just ready when we arrived, she said ok, a blatant lie to our face. Confused at how a restaurant could behave that way, we ignored it and moved on. When I arrived to pick up our order, they spent 2 minutes just figuring out where the order was before showing back up with a sticky note and no food. At which time I had to reorder our food and they finally decided to prepare it. Basically telling us “no you can’t do phone orders, we don’t care and we are in control, not you”. A pathetic display of customer service from a control freak of an EMPLOYEE. Get your stuff together Rose’s, we didn’t deserve the attitude, the lies, or the wasted time. We don’t want to use your drive thru because we are sales people and actively manage our time to maximize our efforts (like avoiding drive thrus for example!). So maybe, next time your customer calls in an order and tells you they don’t want to use your drive thru and prefer the food to be ready on arrival, don’t try to teach them a lesson by lying to their face and doing whatever you...

I'm a regular customer at this location, been for more than 15 years! Never had any major issues with food before UNTIL lately! Management changed, the entire crew changed, all new employees! Management inside that takes care of dinning room is rude! Taco Tuesday is the worst to go in and order food to go now, I like to go inside to get some of condiments to go with my order. So far 2 times I've ordered Taco plate I got no tomato on it. I always check my order before I leave, ask the manager if they were out of tomatoes, he rudely answered "NO!" So why is there no tomatoes on the tacos? Handed me some with the attitude, no apologies, no thank you.. Yesterday I came in & ordered same thing I ALWAYS order a taco plate, no refried beans, sub black beans, PINT of rice & PINT of BLACK beans, got my order just to find out there was no tomatoes on tacos again, tacos are for my partner, I'm a VEGETARIAN!! They have a very little options for vegetarians here, BUT I STILL come here to eat cause I REALLY like food here! So I started enjoying my rice then find HUGE chunk of beef in it!!
