Two days spent here during a cheer competition. As a Chef I can appreciate quality and consistency. First day was was a great experience. We had a hiccup the next day with consistency but I do understand that the volume of customers have depleted product and that’s understandable after a hard weekend. With that hiccup I ask for a manager and he did an amazing job fixing the issues we’re having at the table. It was a quick fix and handled very professionally. It goes to show you can have a problem at the table and still receive a five star. It’s the overall dining experience that counts. If they fix the problem the problem is fixed. Great job to the manager on duty. I would let you work in one of my restaurants any day. Keep up the great work you guys are doing to in hospitality....

We’ve been to many places around the world but this is one of the worst places you could go to enjoy the last part of your evening. Not a place you would think would be in the Omni. The manager has no business being a manager. Kept giving the same lie as an excuse over and over again. People were leaving and some came in only to turn around and leave. This place could be great under different management. While the bartender went to get him, the waitresses came out to see what I would say. Poor management, as they should have been doing their jobs instead. If we had wanted a night like we got, we could have went to Hooters! We will NEVER be back at this place and will enjoy giving someone else not only our business...

We were at the Omni from Friday to Wednesday and every night we were there we we're in the bar. No matter where you sit, you can see at least two televisions. The only time the pool table was not in use was when they first opened and right before they closed. The service was exceptional but Courtney on Tuesday night and Rebecca on Monday night were exceptional and far exceeded the five-star rating. The food menu is a little small but everything on there is very very good. The drink menu needs a full size three ring binder. If you're running to Cody, ask him if he can find another 18 inning baseball game to put on the TV for you.

Cody is also somebody who went above and beyond any expectations each time...

Had The Depot and Tennessee Rye Old Fashion, both were excellent-made. The Rye was made from local tx whiskey made in the area and The Depot used fresh blueberries. So very glad i found this place. Im a whisky and bourban fan all the way. Their seasonal appetizers are on point and their waiters are super attentive, kind and modest. The atmosphere, just the same. A must in the DFW area if you appreciate whiskey ;)

We came here for an evening drink and let me till you, this is not a casual lowkey place. It’s a pretty large bar/restaurant. On football days it will get packed and loud. The drinks were good and they have a large selection of spirits. I would come back but if I wanted a lowkey vibe I would go somewhere smaller. The location of this place is very close to the convention center which makes it easy.
